“I found the communication (3 texts to assure me they'd be there) by Welcome Pickups to be excellent. My pickup from my Athens hotel to the Airport was on the money. The driver, Sotirios, was efficient, courteous and friendly and a safe driver. I shall most surely use this service again.”

“Not very happy.they kept changing the time, then wanted to charge me again. Everything got mixed up. They said they gave me a refund but my statement fifng come yet.”

“I used Welcome Pickups in Prague and Istanbul and was not disappointed. Drivers were on time and were so friendly and nice. Especially arriving in Istanbul, my flight was delayed, I had to get a new evisa, and my phone battery died during the flight so I couldn't call my driver to let him know I arrived but was delayed. However, the greeter and driver both waited patiently for me. It was such a relief! Thank you for the great service!”

“Taxi from Tel Aviv to airport cancelled by Welcome Pickups at last moment! I was told your driver is not coming and no other driver available. Horrible service! Recommend Gett taxi app in Israel. Stay away from this company!”

“I booked a drop off at Hearklion Airport , pick up being 650am on Sunday 22/9/19. I paid, got a confirmation email and they cancelled it at 632am because they couldn't get a driver. They didn't bother to ring just an email at 632am. I was very lucky to not miss my flight, the local bus was thankfully reliable, got to the airport with 15 min to spare. I'm lucky these guys aren't surgeons, I would be dead by now. Very bad experience, get a taxi organised via the hotel, this company is another Greek tragedy, sorry to say. But I must give credit to Ktel buses, they run on time and are reliable.”

“Great, friendly professional, clean car service. The drivers we had both ways in Seville spoke good English and were very professional. On the way from the airport to the hotel we were given bottles of cold water, and the driver pointed out places of interest along the way. As we had his number from the pick up email, he even said he was happy for us to message him throughout our stay if we had any questions. I'd definitely use them again!”
