“Cancelled our taxi four hours before it was due to pick us up. By this time, we were already on our flight and unable to book an alternative. Further, they only notified us of the cancellation by email – imagine if we didn't have roaming enabled – we would have had no idea!”

We were notified of a mechanical issue shortly before your transfer was scheduled and since we saw that you were on your flight, we went ahead and sent an email instead of calling.
