I had a reservation almost a month prior our trip to Tenerife. It was cancelled 1 minute after(!) the agreed pickup time. I was with my family, 3 kids, so it was pretty inconvenient to figure out our travel immediately. Good thing they offered a 15€ coupon from a next trip, I am most probably won't use it as I don't think I can trust in them after this.

Warning, it is a trap. You pay to them, but nobody will be there for your pickup. You will lose your money because no any reachable customer service, just automated messages.. More thousand paid fake reviews!!!

Very disappointed. When I signed up for this I was told we would be met at arrival area by driver holding a sign with my name on it. At the last minute (in the morning as I was leaving for airport) I was, for the first time, asked about my baggage and then informed that my baggage, that literally fit in a Prius, was “oversized “ and I had to pay $16 more. When I arrived, I received a text from the driver asking if I knew where the pickup area was. Turned out I had to get my bags from baggage claim and carry them across two traffic lanes. When I got there, still no one with a sign with my name (other drivers there with signs for other passengers). Only after I texted”we’re here” did someone get out of a car and look around for us. Next time I’ll use a ride share, save over $100, and do the same amount of work getting my bags to the ride.

This is a trap! They don't notify you at the booking stage about the impossibility of cancellation. Nowhere do they write that the amount is non-refundable. They say that I checked the box, therefore I agreed to their terms, which were described on 100 pages. On the day of the trip, I fell ill with a high fever, about which I wrote to them and asked for a refund. They refused and said that there would be no refunds. The customer service is terrible, they are not accommodating EVEN under the pretext of illness and the inability to travel in a taxi with a high fever and cough.

I booked a transfer from the airport in Rio de Janeiro to my hotel. The driver did not arrive at the scheduled time and the person meeting me kept telling me that we would be there in 5 - 10 minutes. That continued for 25 minutes, at which time I called an Uber and was on my way in 3 minutes. Now they are fighting me about giving me a refund, stating that their Terms of Service give the driver an hour past the scheduled time to arrive. I reviewed their Terms of Service on their website and there is nothing on there that states that.

Driver got time wrong and didn't show. I reserved a driver from Welcome PIckups for 2:50 AM for an airport run. The driver did not show. I called him and he said he was scheduled for 12 hours later. Accordingly, I had to flag down a taxi at 3 AM and pay him to take me to the airport. I did not make the original reservation for 14:50, but I made it for 2:50 AM. In Europe military time is used, so 2:50 is always 2:50 AM. The Welcome Pickups system changed it to 14:50. That was not my fault. However when requested to refund my $25, they refused. I had to dispute this charge with my credit card company. I would not recommend Welcome Pickups. Date of experience: October 30, 2023

My email from Welcome Pickups said the driver would be in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with my name. The driver had NO sign and was not where all the other drivers were waiting. It took about 20 minutes to find him. I had to ask him who he was since he had no sign or badge. When we got to his car it was very small and my 1 bag barely fit in the back. The car smelled like cigarettes and very unpleasant so I had to have the window down .....it was quite chilly. The whole point of paying more than double what uber would be was to make landing and getting to my hotel in a foreign country easy and without stress. This was the opposite experience. To return to the airport I hired uber at under 1/2 the price, in a nice car with no odor issues.

I booked a transfer for 4 adults with 6 large suitcases, this was a return transfer, we arrived in Bali and our car was there and he got us to our hotel, however when our return transfer arrived he was in a standard car and he knew our luggage would not fit into it. He rang his boss and put me on the phone, he tried to tell me that I booked a standard car, however my paperwork told a different story, it said exactly 4 adults and 6 large suitcases, he went onto say that the driver would arrange a larger vehicle to take us, but there would be a cost, we eventually got the luggage into the car ( the driver was sitting on the wall smoking so was no help at all ) we then had to sit crushed in this small car with our hand luggage on our knees and the journey to the the airport was around 2 hours so this was not ideal.

I booked a car Prague Airport to a hotel plus a return on 6th & 10th November. Before paying I went back and changed the pickup time for the hotel to the airport. I was charged for both return times. Contacting someone to sort this out was difficult as the website is designed to resolve any problems without humans being involved. Once I finally made contact it was all resolved to my satisfaction by a very helpful support person.

We fly from Canada to Barcelona arriving at 10am. It's a long line up at customs and another long wait for the luggages. It's 11:15 when we get to the arrival waiting area and the driver Khazan Singh had already left at 11am. When we contacted him he said he will not come back and for us to contact the support center. We called the support number and It's only a voicemail service. It's a terrible service company if it cannot provide real time person to person customer support to handle any situations. Will definitely tell others not to use this company

Did not wait for us We had very slow passage through immigration and even slower baggage pick up. We got through in1hr and 4 minutes. Driver no show. Yet lots of other drivers from that plane were still waiting for their clients. Never use this company and taxi was cheaper anyway

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. Don't do it. As a solo female traveler, I wanted a more "reliable and secure" experience going from the airport to my hotel since I'd heard some things about taxis in Paris. Well, little did I know this company is way worse than that and reliable and secure are not something they know the meaning of. First of all, they make you select a flight from their drop down menu, so if their information is incorrect, what you submit will be incorrect. My flight information was incorrect in their system and so they sent me an email requesting I update it or else "my transfer might be cancelled". First of all, regardless if my flight info is wrong, if I book a transfer for pick up at a certain date and time, the driver SHOULD be there and wait their 30 minutes. That's what I PAID for. I "update" the information and this time the flight is correct in their system and they reply with an email confirming the update. Great, all is good then. Then after my 11 hour flight I check my email since there is no WiFi on my flight and I see a ton of emails from WelcomeTransfer and my driver saying the information is wrong and my transfer has been cancelled. I had also messaged the assigned driver and the "great, friendly, warm driver (they claim to have)" didn't even respond to my message, so that's how great they are. They are claiming I submitted incorrect information regarding my flight which again, was not incorrect and only offered an 80% refund even though THEY cancelled it based on their fraudulent terms. I've already told them to refund me the full amount since I provided everything correct and they are the ones who for some reason decided to cancel my transfer or I'll do a chargeback and they can deal with proving how what I provided was incorrect. Don't ever use this shady company. Also, my taxi experience from ORLY was great and way cheaper than this hack of a company, so just do that instead!

Money grabbing company. I made a round trip reservation (trips 3 days apart) but had to cancel within 5 hours. They charged me for both trips. I understand they would charge me for the first lag of the trip (since it was too close to the time) but to charge me for the second lag which was 3 days away was absurd. Will be filing dispute through my bank

the driver used google to check flight status which was delayed but not updated on google , we have arrived the airport but no one was there , I while booking you asked for flight number and we give this means you have to check flight status from company website not from google . out flight was delayed and we lost our money in this non professional company and when I contacted the driver he said that he left Madrid airport and if we want transfer we need to pay more and at the end we took a normal taxi which was 10 euro cheaper than the amount we paid for this company, the way of communication for them is wapp which is not convenient as sometime you have no internet

I was charged USD85 (NZD140) for a one way trip from Gold Coast Airport to Broadbeach. That is at least twice as much as any other taxi company and my taxi was an Uber! I have complained many times but the company will not budge and refund the overpayment. The quote on the website was AUD44. At no time did they quote in US Dollars. I would not use this taxi service again and recommend that anyone else do the same. Since writing this review and after much tooing and frowing, the company has refunded 50% of my payment, which I am happy with.

I booked (and paid for) a transfer from the Cancun Airport to a hotel in Isla Mujeres. Less than 24 hours before said transfer, the company that was actually going to do the transfer, contacts me to say they can't take me to the hotel but rather to the port where I would have to take a ferry boat ! They couldn't cancel it themselfes so I contacted Welcome just to learn that "we accepted the transaction by mistake". Just be careful when they accept your transaction. It may be a mistake ...

I do not recommend this company for a pickup from a cruise ship. Here are the reasons; 1. You have no control over when your bags will be released. 2. Unlike the airport pickup for a cruise ship you are only given 30 minutes delay to arrive from your transport time if there is a delay. 3. For airports delays you are given 1 hour After your pickup time due to baggage delays. 4. The arrival of your luggage off a cruise ship is out of your control you are assigned a number and told when your bags are to be delivered. If the ship is running behind in the debarking and the delivery of your bags you are screwed on your pick up. 5. My delay was for one hour. 6. I communicated directly with the driver and advised him of the delay. He indicated he would wait. When I advised him of the delay he indicated he had another pickup. I also told him I would notify the office of the delay. He then indicated he would wait but he did not he left me 6. The driver waited 10 minutes more and left me which did not give me an opportunity to book with your company for a change in the pickup, so I got screwed out of my money and the ability to change to a different driver. 7. The driver got paid, his action prevented a reasonable charge to an another driver. The drive used the rules to his advantage. So screw over the foreign customers. It’s all about the dollars, not the service and you are stranded. Buyer beware, use someone else. On a positive note I used this company to transport me to the ship for the cruise. It was perfect. Both pick ups cancelled last minute leaving 8 people very stressed and disappointed. Totally out of order with cancellations at 10pm for a 7.30am pick up! Outraged

The driver in Barcelona scammed us and likely stole our bag. There were 2 bags to be loaded, he told us to get in the van that he would load the bags. We got to the airport and one bags was not there. He was either completely incompetent or he scammed us and left it behind for a partner to pick up. There was no other person on the sidewalk.
