“I was hesitant at first to order a pickup on line for Madrid airport, however when Jesus showed up at the arrival terminal displaying my name , I was really relieved. It was so easy !”

“We used Welcome Pickups when we arrived at Barcelona airport. Antonio our driver was ready and waiting, even though our flight had arrived early. He was very welcoming and polite. The vehicle was immaculately clean. He pointed out various sights along the route to the hotel. Our return journey was equally good with our driver Jamal. He arrived on time and was helpful with our luggage. Immaculately clean car again. We would definitely use this service again. We received good communication beforehand and also on the day.”

“Was left stranded at Malaga airport when I rang they said they had emailed me to cancel pick up and refunded money - not true as refund was only done 30 minutes after I called . Got taxi outside airport for same price. Not impressed on customer service, guy on phone didn’t even apologise , will not be using again”
