“Our driver Singh was truly top 1 in customer service. He was on time and he kept me informed of his location. This is truly a great and memorable experience in my first arrival in Hongkong. My family and I felt so safe with Singh. The ride on the mini van was very comfortable.”

“The service with Pedro in Sevilla was fantastic. His car, Jaguar XF, is the best taxi in Sevilla and he very friendly and professional. If all welcome drivers are like Pedro, Welcome Pickups is highly recommended”

“A trouble free online service to book a taxi from or to the airport, when you abroad. I used the service in Seville Very easy to book and pay. I paid with PayPal. Simple and easy to use interface. The confirmation email came promptly and after a few minutes I received a message with driver assigment with his name and photo. The driver arrived 7 minutes before our rendezvous he was very professional and polite. We arrived to the airport on our time with no delays. Welcomepickups is a Great service”

“Flight was delayed, so missed connecting flight to Prague. Because it was within 3 hours of booked time, company would not reschedule or refund my 30 euros. This is poor service. Beware.”

“We had problems with car size and luggage and they would not send another vehicle for us. We spoke to Alex and sent in pictures and confirmed information still no response. We were literally stranded. Would not recommend this service. Customer service very poor.”
