“What a great way to arrive! It was all well communicated in advance. Juan was on time, professional and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend WelcomePickups after a long flight!”

“Very professional, beautiful town car, great communication and confirmation 4 days before booking and 24 hours before booking. Driver was early but let us get ready to leave the hotel until the booked time. Bonbons and bottled water in the car, thank you for the smooth journey to the airport!”

“Got a text message whilst on the flight which I couldn’t take due to flight mode to say that the company couldn’t pick us up. We had to make our own way to Hotel I asked for compensation and only want the train fare I laid out as a jester of goodwill but was told it wasn’t company policy. I won’t be using them again.”

“I recently used Welcome Pickups for my airport transfer in Berlin. It was very efficient and I liked that I was given the drivers name and even a picture. Also I had accidentally double booked and the customer service depart responded promptly with an acknowledgement and arranged a refund. Well done.”
