“Terrible, there are no words to describe it, it could have been a nightmare. After full payment in advance of 125 euros, and sending the driver's details. At 22:40 they send a message that the taxi booked for 04:00 in the morning is canceled and they apologize...they apologize and whhhoh what fun. If we hadn't seen the message sent 5.5 hours before collection? What a disrespect to customers”

“Free Cancellation isn't free. They charge a huge fee for cancellation even it is outside the 24 hours window. I don't mind if they state that clearly before I submit the payment, but terms and condition is hiding at another the link, and on the booking page is only showing "free cancellation"”
