“Tried them twice. First time they took my money and told me the item was out of stock and I got to wait a week for my refund. Second time they told me that my order was too old and had been closed... AFTER I paid and would have to wait a week for my refund.”

“Warning..if you order from this company..u might want to do so using a reloadable card, not a bank card. I use my cash app card for everything I order..I only made one purchase through this company months ago..I just received 2 seperate notifications from cash app stating my $84.85 payment to AliExpress was declined due to insufficient funds!!. Like I said, I have not ordered anything since the 1st time a few months ago!!!”

“I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. I ordered a rug and they IMMEDIATELY charged my card but sent me no confirmation email, no confirmation or order number, and it took me a week and multiple webchats with customer service to receive one confirmation number which was WRONG and no information about my order. Then I received a new confirmation number and was told that the seller had put a stop on the order and that they could do nothing about it. I was not refunded for nearly $300. DO NOT USE THEM. I sense they are a scam. I should have known.”

“Do NOT buy from AliExpress! I ordered two replacement batteries for my JBL speakers from AliExpress. While the batteries themselves were correct, the plugs were not. The original plug is 1.5 cm wide, but the replacements I received have a 1 cm plug, making it physically impossible to connect them to the speaker. The port on the circuit board is fixed, so any mismatch renders the battery unusable. I contacted the seller with detailed photos and videos explaining the issue. After several days, the seller acknowledged their mistake but only offered a 50% refund or suggested that I disassemble the battery and solder on a new plug myself. This is unacceptable! I reported the issue to AliExpress, providing ample evidence, including photos with measurements and a video. Despite this, AliExpress stated that my proof was insufficient for a refund. My initial report vanished without feedback. I submitted another report (ID: 1143802794882327) but still received no response. It has now been over a week since my first report, and AliExpress has shown no interest in resolving the issue. They appear to be looking for reasons not to issue a refund. Additionally, shipping practices on AliExpress are problematic. They charge excessive shipping fees and don’t allow combined shipping for multiple items from the same seller, yet often ship them together in one parcel. This is poor practice and reflects badly on their business model. I have lost all faith in AliExpress and will NEVER purchase from them again. For a better experience, consider shopping on sites like Temu instead.”

“Scammed I bought an air conditioner on AliExpress (seller is "BeautyHome"). Item never delivered. Seller used a fraudulent tracking number to "prove" item delivery (different address and item). AliExpress dispute was not helpful since Ali's customer service chatbots just ask the same questions over and over with canned responses hoping you'll tire and drop dispute. On further research (see trustpilot one star reviews), this scam happens quite frequently on Aliexpress and reviews show Ali customer service chatbots always side with seller with canned responses Ali ("delivery guarantee" is worthless). I eventually was refunded by my credit card. Customer service is just chatbot responses”

“Items not delivered within estimated delivery period. Tracking has no update for 5 days. Agents are not knowledgeable or helpful - just giving canned apologies. They asked me to call USPS when the items shipped from China to the US are shown somehow being processed in the Netherlands!! Horrible experience and will not buy from them again.”

“For your own good, don't even buy from AliExpress, they will take your money, send you missing items, and when their seller ghosts you for 6 days, they will do absolutely nothing. Their live chat agents are some of the worse you can ever encounter. Better dodge these agents as soon as you see them : Sherry3794529 Alisa1940947 Trinity Mav Caithlyn Wency Lyra They will shamelessly feed you lie after lie, and do anything so you just close the chat and become a different agent's problem. Their seller ignored me for 6 days straight, leaving me on seen at first, then not even opening my messages.”

“My package was lost and never arrived. It took me weeks of messaging the courier service aliexpress used to get them to confirm that the package was lost and not going to ever arrive. I gave the information, including the ticket number from the courier and screenshots of the emails and tracking information, to aliexpress. Aliexpress said I didn't provide "evidence" and closed the case and now it can't be disputed. They did not tell me what other evidence I could possibly have provided? Basically if something goes wrong they don't honor their buyer protection so it's useless. This was my first time using aliexpress and I won't bother again.”

“The worst company in world they steal our money. I applied for appeal for more than 40 times and i didn't get my refund . Each time i got a new case ID. I will continue till reach 100 case ID then public that in magazin and show the world how they steal their clients money. I have all documents proof that and how they deal with documents. “bought a pad 6s pro---claims sanpdraggeon gen 2----scam got a media brand.. claimed android 14 scam was 8.1 claim 11" scam was an old 10" wifi speed low...did a geekbench on it and the tablet was a total scam....I have hours checking out this tablet they owe me lots of money”
