Have been a loyal customer with Asda for years. After breaking my heel and being in plaster I did on line shopping.Today my slot was 2-3pm.Still waiting at 3.30pm so rang customer services.Eventually got to speak to someone.Just told me to go to click and collect. Can't drive with a plaster cast.I asked if my order could be rescheduled. No was the reply.I cancelled. I have now ordered from Tescos. After a while I received a text from Asda trying to get me to reorder. No way .Won't use them again.

The online delivery service for asda is really poor with regards the delivery people usually men, they need to spend a day with any of the other supermarket deliveries such as morrisons tesco sainsburys and waitrose to see how it is done, with all of these your shoppin will be delivered by drivers who bend over backwards to help and are friendly and cheerful, unlike your average asda delivery man who have sour manners cant be arsed attitude and clueless.SORT THEM OUT

Never been so embarrassed as at Bromborough store today,I was told blatant lies,my own possessions went missing, refusal to give their names so as to avoid complaints, and when I requested the return of missing item or names of witnesses was assaulted by an shrimp called Mark Atherton who made sure security was close, disgraceful at employing trash like this Asda,I had shopped there for years before today so believe me other customers-it can happen to you very easily. Now why would an asda employee hide their name and face if they have done nothing wrong? When returning goods to here take some friends with you as support.

I don't usually do this but, I have to say a big thank you to Asda for making food affordable and for providing great standards and choice to ordinary people. Don't change! Thank you xxx

The only supermarket in the uk that needs closing down. Disgusting customer service disgusting food disgusting delivery drivers. Always was a regular shopper but wow what a joke it has become my last shop 24th august I bought my usual shopping and everything went well until the totally useless delivery driver came and stood at the door like some lazy numpty did not offer to help and laughed wen I asked why my shopping was just thrown in the dirty crates and refused to take back the useless subs and broken items, one of which was a 5lt white emulsion paint that was cracked and leaked paint on my carpet. Contacted asda at least 5 times as I was unable to claim a refund on the app or Web site this was last friday and I'm still waiting for a reply. DO NOT USE ASDA HOME DELIVERY THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED AND WILL NOT GET A REFUND WHEN THINGS GO WRONG.

Online order for a party arrived with 12 items unavailable (all standard bottles of beer) and 6 very poor choice substitutes. Customer services couldn't see the problem or offer anything to compensate. After a lot of arguing and them trying to get me off the phone, they are sending a gift card I can use in future. I will never be using Asda again; plenty of other supermarkets nearby.

I got s home delivery from Asda today & I can’t thank the delivery driver Robert enough for his help. Both my husband & I are are on crutches at the moment after surgery. We live in a masionette style house & Robert brought my shopping in the crates from the front door up to my kitchen. He even emptied the crates & put my shopping onto the kitchen counter, which made it a lot easier for me to put away. This man went above & beyond the job description and I honestly can’t thank him enough.

I have recently purchased a large bath sheet towel in what I would call a Royal blue colour for £8.00. I got it home and washed it as instructed and hung it out to dry on the line, nothing unusual there. Jumped in the shower and for some reason decided to dry myself with the new towel over my bath of which my shower is over, damn good job I did as the blue fibers from the towel decided to malt all over my body, face and bathroom area. Washed the towel again for the second time and it happened again so I washed for a third time and AGAIN!!!, the fibers were everywhere,NO more chances, it's going back for a refund!

I have always found the delivery service well priced and reliable however there is an issue due to their no bag policy. My last order arrived soaked as it was raining, items such as washing powder were ruined. Several attempts to resolve this with customer services have been frustrating as they have not responded with any appropriate solution or offered a refund for the items that were soiled. This is despite sending them a video of the delivery driver pouring out the water from the crates!!!

My local Asda in Lemington, Newcastle upon Tyne is just the best. Everything I need at reasonable prices. The staff, I can't praise enough. Asda Lemington, Newcastle upon Tyne provides an extremely good service. Good choice of goods, reasonable prices and wonderfull staff. The staff at Asda Lemington, Newcastle upon Tyne are extremely helpfull, the go out of their way to help you they are friendly and professional. The Manager (Sean) is very helpfull and very personable as are ALL his team. They make shopping a good experience. I only wish there were easier ways to praise excellent service and some way to let the staff know how appreciated they are. Perhaps a voucher for a member of staff who has served you well. It's really good for staff to feel appreciated. Bar

Asda does makes me happy in that when was saving money a bad thing ? Answer : Never ! Visited oldbury store recently and saved a good few pounds here instead of going to my regular supermarket. One thing I would say in your favour, bread, finally I have found a bakery that know how to bake it properly hurray !. Regular sliced breads from other suppliers just don't do it for me, it has no taste, but your's has. So saved dough and found some I can eat. Great. Thanks Asda.
