“Poor service again in Asda South Woodham Ferrers. Refused a sale of alcohol to my son even though he had his driving license. The reason given was that his younger brother was with him. Sainsbury’s far superior with no draconian jumped up staff!!”
“Good systems in place for nhs staff who have limited time to access for food shopping. Also decent attempt at encouraging social distancing. I think the screens at check outs should become permanent.”
“I visit the Westbrook asda on a weekly basis. I cant thank the security staff enough for there thoughtfulness. Being disabled with a crutch, I was queuing to go in store ,when the security man approached me and led me in store so I wouldn't have to stand waiting, (although I was willing to wait my turn like everyone else). Since the queuing started this as been a weekly occurrence from different security men. I thank them deeply for there thoughtfulness.”
“Been with Asda for years. Never had an issue until recently because of queues which is completely understandable at this time. After all received a great customer service. Managers are very polite. Staff is very helpful. Never had a problem with product quality or food. Prices are also the best comparing with other super markets .”
“Firstly Asda were the first supermarket to email me that I'd been recognised as extremely vulnerable & I was given a Priorty Pass. Asda constantly kept me informed of substitutions etc.Had my delivery of groceries this morning at within the delivery slot time & was Very Happy.I had Every thing on my shopping list & the few substitutions I did have were also good. Lastly but Not Least the Delivery Driver was extremely pleasant with a nice smile 😊 Thankyou & Well Done Asda for making my day a pleasant one 👏👏👏”

“We have actually used our last potatoes, and last eggs, awaiting an asda delivery that was due today. We are in a vulnerable age group so are isolated in our house, going slowly crazy. At exactly the time agreed, a van arrived with a cheerful friendly driver, who, having ushered me back inside the house, unloaded about five crates while keeping a sensible distance. All of the produce was fresh. I could moan about missing bananas that for some reason had been taken off the order, but given the circumstances, the whole experience was brilliant, and a real relief; some of the products were even special offers. Everything was there, and the quality was excellent. Very relieved”

“I’ve been having an Asda recurring delivery slot on Saturday mornings for months before the pandemic started and so far my slot hasn’t been cancelled, nothing too much has been sold out and completely unavailable for me and my subs have only been what they were before all of this began.
The delivery drivers have been great with their social distancing and my foods been packaged well 👍🏼
I know I’m one of the lucky ones who managed to get mine all booked up in advance before all this but regardless Asda haven’t let me down yet.
I’m a key worker and it’s hard enough to have to leave my family 6 days a week to go to work so not having to do any food shopping is a blessing for us.
I really hope they make more slots available for those who are in my position and would really appreciate a big weekly food shop right now.”
