“I have made a Christmas booking it was done 2 weeks before Christmas everything was paid for and confirmed it was to be delivered on the 31st of December I went away on holiday and on the 30th had a text to say I could update my my account with any other items that I wished at 8 a.m. the next day which was the 31st I had a message to say there has been an error and that no delivery would be made the delivery was supposed to be between 8 a.m. and 9 absolutely fuming as I have anxiety and can't go out to supermarkets,”

“Asda delivery.
Invited by email to amend and add to order up until the day before delivery, so we added a couple of items.
What they donāt tell you is that if you do amend your order they will remove any items that arenāt in stock without telling you they did so., so we ended up numerous short.
They substituted āveganā Items for non-vegan items and the driver forgot to deliver two of the crates.
Substitutes were rejected and not refunded - that took a further three telephone calls to sort out.
I wonāt be using ASDA again....”
“Booked delivery of food, order was cancelled the day it was due 4 hours before our booked slot.
Reason for cancellation was a lack of funds, however we had the correct amount of funds in our account but because ASDA took Ā£0.01p out of our account we were Ā£0.01p short of the full amount.
So our order was cancelled because ASDA were too stupid to realise they had that last 0.01p for some other reason.
Left with no food for the baby and had to walk to the nearest shop (which is 3miles away)”

“Totally unprofessional. I got stopped by two security men by the exit of asda with loads of people around me. The security men accusing me of stealing straight away by saying they have seen me do it on a camera. I got asked to empty my bag and show them the receipts while everyone was walking past me looking at me and judging me. All that for them to realise I didnāt and I have all of the receipts. I didnāt get a single apology from any of them they just walked off leaving me with my stuff on the floor. Feel absolutely disgusted by their behaviour and will not be returning.”

This was the 3rd time I had tried this and the 3rd time no- one was there for me to pick up the order at the allocated time.. Today was a slot 8am to 10am and when I got there at 9am it was still unmanned....At 9.08am I drove to the store to enquire and they were very helpful.
On return to C and C someone was finally there... I had ticked no substitutes which they had ignored... I had paid for bags and they had none so he set off to go back to the store on foot! After a total of waiting 25 mins I left without the bags....
The refund for the substitutes I had asked not to receive was incorrect when I arrived home to find the email so had to phone up........
It is so much easier AND QUICKER to go in to the store to shop.
I will actually never use C and C at Watford ever again.
More importantly I would question as to why no-one is monitoring what is actually going on there as you will lose many customers if this has not already happened. Is there anyone monitoring what time the vans actually arrive??
A shame as Asda is such a great store and this particular service is letting you down in such a very detrimental way.”

“Furious! I ordered a George coat 5 days ahead. Website asked me which day I wanted to collect so I put the date in. Went to collect at 11am, not yet delivered, went in again at 2.45 still not delivered. Was told by the shop assistant that orders can come in any time up to 5pm on the requested date! That's ridiculous. If they ask you what date you want it they should have it ready from when the store opens, not 5pm at night! Very shoddy service!”
