“The asda app is pointless I have been locked out and cannot retrieve my password, why not just issue your loyal customers with a card instead like tesco, I will not use Asda again”
“I ordered groceries for home delivery as I'm a single mum with broken arms & unable to drive. The money was taken from my bank account & I expected my delivery as had notification of substitutes. My delivery slot was 7pm to 9pm, no sign of delivery and unable to contact customer services as closed. The following morning they say I can reebok but will have to pay again however won't get my money back shopping for 3 to 5 days, I don't have the money for this. I'd not even got milk or bread or any basic essentials & now have to wait up to 5 days to be able to do a shop because asda have taken the c money without providing any shopping, there was also no notification until 12 hours later. This is absolutely disgusting. Not everyone has enough money to do this. Very unhelpful customer service too.”
“Asda rewards app - what about us loyal shoppers without smartphones.Disgraceful discrimination. You are losing thousands of customers due to this like all the other companies using apps”
“I haven’t been using Asda very long but last week I had a delivery driver at the door and he refused to come in the door I had to take all the items inside you might think it’s because of Covid but I know it’s not he was Ryde arrogant and now I’m looking at a different supermarket no one has ever done that before. I won’t recommend this supermarket anymore then they had the cheek to empty me as ‘ How did we do’”
“Asda have introduced a shocking trick to get us all to buy the last day of BB dated products under the guise of stopping waste!! For example, grapes no longer have a BB date on them, which means that you do not know if they are 10 days or one day before the BB runs out. I do not want to buy items that may not last more than a day or so at most. They have also justified this by saying that staff will know what those dates are. Really? Well if the staff know then we the public want to also. Aldi get up to this as well. Thank goodness that Morrisons don't do this as their fresh products, mostly fruit but some veg is about off anyway.”
“I have a weekly delivery from Asda on a Sunday between 11am and 1pm. This Sunday 28 August I received a text saying my order was out for delivery, but by 2.30 it still hadn’t arrived so I contacted customer services. Apparently the driver didn’t turn up for work this morning so my shop was never going to arrive. I understand these things happen but contacting me first thing and informing me of the problem would have been the acceptable thing to do rather than waiting for me to phone to find out too late in the day to do anything about it. Why do they need my phone number if they are not going to use it at a time like that. I’m furious. Order cancelled and Sainsburys got the business.”
“Delivery booked for Fri 12 Aug at 5-6pm. This never arrived. I rang customer services 3 times and was given excuses. I rang at 10pm after cancelling my evenings plans and had to rearrange the delivery for Sat 13 Aug 6-7am. ASDA took payment for both deliveries out of my account. I rang customer services who said I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours. No call received. Absolutely shocking. Home deliveries are meant to save time and money but I have wasted hours of my life ringing customer service and waiting for delivery. I will NEVER use again. I will no doubt have to issue a small claims in the courts to recover this money, wasting more of my life”
“Poor products arriving broken and customer service is non existent. You don’t reply to calls or emails your rude and offensive. I’ve been waiting over a month for a refund which is complete out of order.”
“Asda is racist so I applied fo the job there and I got call from the place n when I went I had the feeling already of racist smell cuz they gave me excuse of not hiring me like I could see it clearly they thought I was some white person but changed their minds of not hiring me bruh could have told me straight sorry we full why waste someones tym who is looking fo job so yah asda is racist even I looked at there website I saw they put pic of ethnic minorities pic bruh I wanted to tear it down n tell the world asda managers r racist they only hire ppl who r white may this company burn to ground out of business yeahhhh I wish the start could be zero so that that one start does not count it’s ZERO STAR THE END”
“Your driver turned up at Nine Acre court, 27 Taylorson street tonight at 8.45pm. As she drove out the gates took part of the car park gate off! She stopped way up from the gates + got out the van and hd a look at the gate then got back into her van and drove off!.??? I did pick up my intercom and report it to 1st Response so there will be camera footage. Several of the residents also seen it. Will be interesting if she reports it to her supervisor?????? Will be on the phone to Salix homes And Asda tomorrow!!!!!!!! Gates now stuck Open, so much for our secure car park.”
“How do you write a review on your site. I can read the reviews but not add to them. I want to poorly rate the Double Memory foam matress toper that I purchased as I didn't think it was a good buy.”
“I have Covid and ordered on line. I am a pensioner. I ordered 2 x packs of still
Water as I do not drink tap water and was sent 6 x large bottles of sparkling water no good to me. I phoned up to tell Asda and the call centre is in South Africa. I explained I am infectious with Covid and cannot go out. I would also have to pay around £4 each way to get the water. I explained I risked infecting others if I go out. There was no good response just we have refunded the money for the wrong water and the Orza which also did not order. As far as the asda call centre is concerned obviously you do not have to isolate with Covid and it is ok to go ahead and infect others on the say to our j up from the shop what they have not delivered. I have been a loyal asda customer for years but will
Now rethink”

“Taken our money but didn’t deliver our items. They have basically stolen over £20 from my daughter. Then make it practically impossible to make a complaint or get a refund. Disgraceful!!”
“You do not have customer service you have a number of options and then you are cut off on the phone you cannot speak to a human being and so I have numerous unresolved issues ranging from click and collect orders where no one 10 things any orders out to lost debit card in the store. Not being able to talk to anyone 1let to fraudulent use of my card when I could not get back immediately. SHAMEFUL lack of customer service”
“Asda have gone rubbish. Our property was damaged December 2021 by thier delivery driver and no matter how many times I email or ring, nobody responds or replies meaning still to this day we have damaged property and no acknowledgement. Drivers turn up when they want regardless of delivery slot selected. Substitutions on your order are getting more and more meaning you still have to go out shopping the day of your delivery, so why bother ordering home delivery ? The dates on food delivered have 1 to 2 days on them so you're out shopping days after delivery as well. The products you usually order are slowly being changed to other brands and suppliers meaning you're trying some different every week when you just want what you like. We've shopped and ordered from Asda for many years now but they have let us down time and time again, so enough is enough. We will take our average of £120 per week elsewhere from now on, I strongly suggest others do too. I wouldn't recommend Asda to my worst enemy. To summarize, if you want your property damaged, half your order and the other half what they want to send you, to go out shopping the same day you receive your delivery, be forced to try other brands because they don't have your usual anymore, deliveries turn up whenever they want instead of when you selected then Asda is your place to shop !”
“The worst food store in the country, the have empty shelves and now they are getting very malicious as the started charging customers for parking while they are shopping at their stores, as Tesco says every little helps, avoid Asda guys they are bunch of scammers”
