“ASDA, you are going to alienate your customers using the heavy handed tactics that you’re presently rolling out. I won’t be treated like a child by a company to whom I give over £100 per week. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.”
“dear asda
customers who are listed by the government as vulnerable ,cannot get a delivery or slot at this present time .despite that asda received all the data from the NHS about the shielding program .. in asda's view how can a vulnerable person in forced isolation eats , if no delivery is available .?”
“Ordered home delivery recieved an email in morning that the order has been picked and is out fo delivery but it never arrived .
Called customer service but no help . They dont have any idea exactly what happened to the order but will try to give silly reasons”

“Please everyone do yourselves a favour and avoid this store 218 worth of shopping £75 missing short dated refuses point blank to refund with no reason I have contacted trading standards I consider this is a scam lots of reviews saying same luckily I paid on credit card so hopefully I will get it back but please beware”
“asda has no loyalty to regular online shoppers very sad ,spouting junk about helping in coronavirus ,i am 82 and been with asda for as long as i can remember ,ive just had a heart attack and i havent been able to book one delivery slot online ,and they say they help the vulnerable ,giving slots to people who have never used the online service ,surely these slots should of gone to sick people and people with children ,nope they just care about profit,it reminds me of the titanic when the rich got all the lifeboats and left the kids and the poor to drown ,i will never use asda again.”
“been with asda for years ,service over the last few years has been terrible ,they spurt a load of rubbish about stick together in coronavirus yet my 82 yr old mother who has been with them for years ,always has her shopping delivered ,yet could not book one spot at any time during lockdown ,people who dont usually shop online took all the slots and there was no consideration for loyal customers or the elderly ,these people and families with children and ill family members should of come first .constantly the orders we used to have ,half of it was out of stock ,"no bread " really not one loaf of bread in the whole store !!the website constantly crashes ,rejects your cards because according to my bank they use different servers ,and your card issuer thinks its a fraudelant transaction.stuff i have had delivered has been out of date and ridicolous substitutes ,sorry asda i will never be using you again ,in fact iceland have been great taking food to my elderly mum so will be using them in future .”

“At Weymouth asda feel staff aren't taking coronavirus seriously! Tannoy says stay away from staff filling shelves etc. Staff thou seem to be coming close to customers while they r doing their jobs themselves! . Also staff are not always staying 2 metres apart from each other when they r chatting to each other!! Especially at the self service tills! They wear no gloves or face masks and sometimes they don't instruct customers enough to follow the black arrows when going up and down the aisles. It's difficult to stay two metres apart in the narrow aisles sometimes. Some Customers don't really take a lot of notice of the arrows. Just think the staff at Weymouth store need to be more aware instead of just letting the social distancing rules slip by themselves and customers. Just be more vigilant in this crisis.”
“After weeks of finding all the delivery slots were full, I found a vacant one. Booked that slot, then went to pay. The bank sent me a code, which was accepted, but then rejected by Asda. Phoned the help line which was useless, so went back on line to cancel the order which does not work as per the instructions from Asda. The help line is circular, and just sends you back to the web. I think Asda are using the current situation to be even more useless.”
“Click and collect order had 20 items missing. All fresh food which I accept given the current situation but I have now been charged for them and won’t get a refund for 5 days!!!!! Unacceptable”
“The delivery delivered less than 1/3rd of the order due to technical deliveries on their site. Under current circumstances this is perhaps understandable. Most disappointing was customer services which appeared to be an American call centre.”
“My delivery yesterday did not arrive , driver arrived got out his van opened the back doors , shut them and drove off !no phone call no explanation !?after several attempt to contact Anyone ( an impossible task I have to say ) I eventually got to speak to someone .... in America yes America , as Asda’s here cannot cope with the demand and calls , lovely lady who desperately tryed to help but only managed to find out that the order was not on the delivery ! Appalling service and customer care ! So no shopping this week !
The other problem is orders on my recurring slot disappear out of my account and I cannot amend ,so have no idea if next weeks will come either ! Andnoway of speaking to anyone at Asda’s !! Appalling service !”
“Had a click and collect at Clapham lavender hill today
Was shocked and disturbed to see there was no queuing system for shoppers. Security guards were everywhere but customers were flocking into the store like a normal day. No social distancing being observed having had a c/c at your Roehampton store a few weeks ago, we witnessed people being let in a few at a time. And waiting at a distance.”
“It’s about time Asda tried treating there staff the way companies like Lidl are they see how much the staff are doing and have given every member of staff £150 gift to get shopping as they are saying they Deserve it”
“Not came my orders but on website it’s write like delivery done .... I try send email but no one answer me and I try call about one week and still no one answer .... always busy line .... I so sad About Asda!!!!”
“Asda delivery are scam artist They accepted my order for 74 pounds worth of food marked it as delivered took payment but it never reached my house . I was left with no food and unable to leave my house . .I am a pensioner who is disabled”
“We have been using home delivery every fortnight from asda from the day they started deliveries, so not a new customer. The last 2 deliveries have been abysmal. The last 2 orders consisted of half the orders missing, mostly meat, we have to manage on a pkt of liver and a pkt of chicken wings for the next 2 weeks !!!!!.Enjoy your easter, staff, relatives and friends of asda employees who no doubt have full stock of everything.Panic buying can't be blamed now because there's very little of an order (if staff haven't handed out delivery slots to family/friends)being delivered.”
