Dreadful service I made an on line order, due to the fact that I’m ill. Half of the items I requested were unavailable. The delivery was supposed to be between 4&6pm, at 9pm I gave up waiting. Couldn’t get through to customer service via phone. Next day I checked my bank account, the full amount was still pending & the delivery status on the ASDA website said delivered! Tried many times to contact by phone, can’t get through. Requested a refund, stating purchase not delivered. Automated email said refund refused, no reason given. Emailed customer services & email bounced back, because ‘they are unable to deal with emails at the moment’. Absolutely disgusted with ASDA, I used to shop there every week & have done for years. Not now & never again. Checked my bank account this morning & the thieving so & so’s have taken my money!

It’s quire clear that Asda are not fulfilling the online orders by a long chalk. I received reassuring emails from the CEO even asking me to donate to the food bank. The basic essentials are missing form the orders. Anything tinned, pasta, Washing powder, hand-wash, meat, poultry. 22 items missing on last order. I feel so sorry for the delivery drivers. We are having to go out to shop and risk our health. A message to the CEO, please send an email to reassure online shoppers that their orders will be fulfilled.

Absolute waste of time, your told to try and self isolate try an dorder online, so you book a slot mine was 2 weeks away from 80 items I'm now told 60 are now unavailable, what's the point? And some hav ei creased in prices by 50%?? So you think you hva edone your shopping and don't go out, but on delivery day your order has dimmished so much that you may as well have gone out to to get your shopping, pointless doing this online! I went to Asda picked up a few grocery’s and some Budweiser the couple in front of me had put there grocery’s through and had a bottle of spirits they had to get assistant to put through scanner I was next and asked if she would do my buds because she was already there and it would save time and it was getting busy but I was greeted with wait your turn and I was next but I said nothing put my grocery’s through as she walked up and down she could clearly see I was waiting so I signalled to hear again even though she was not doing anything I was greeted with in a minute so I waited and another younger girl came over I was furious to be treated this way im 56 years old and have never been treated like this in morrisons and Tesco who staff are more helpful to customers this 50/60 year old glasses dyed blonde hair overweight lady needs to be told on how rideable with the public l know your company probably gives talks on dealing with the pubic as my own company there are always a few who let the side down maybe need to be put in the back out the road so my journey to Asda Parkhead wasn’t a pleasant I’m only complaining so somebody else didn’t get the same treatment as I did

What the hell I've had no explanation and got no food 😡😡 appalling then get told it will be 3-5 working days before I get a refund

Early opening for vulnerable and over 70’s. Well whole experience of getting in and being able to do shopping was good, no complaints on that, it was when it came to paying at till, I was met by the till worker questioning my vulnerability to which I replied that I was a type one diabetic with several autoimmune diseases. To which I was told that didn’t make me vulnerable and I wasn’t old, she then continued to Chuck my shopping down to the bagging area, squashing my bread and crushing fruit and other items and a bottle of make up remover split and wasn’t replaced. She left me feeling humiliated and guilty for being vulnerable. Not being funny but I wouldn’t wake my kids at 5 in order to go food shopping if it wasn’t essential. I had tried getting it delivered as myself and family are in isolation but unless I could wait 3 weeks for food it wasn’t an option, I also tried a pick up slot but I booked that Sunday and by last night most of the products I’d preferred were out of stock. Made a complaint to store manager and he was very understanding but I felt I had to complain to the complaint team by phone who were very apologetic and are going to deal with this worker what ever that means. Can’t fault ASDA as a whole, just this till worker. It’s completely put me off going out to get food shop from now on.

Absolutely dreadful customer service almost amounting to fraudulent practices. Placed an order with Asda, when items were delivered, some items were not included and cheaper substitutes included for the other items. Hence the items ordered were far cheaper than the original amount. However, Asda charged us the full original amount which we noticed on our credit card statement. A few days later rang them and spoke to their customer services who provided wrong advice, was unhelpful and insisted that I need to log into my account and complete a refund form. This is ridiculous I said...why do I need to fill a form because Asda fraudulently charged me fat more than the cost of items delivered. Tried to fill the form, it didn’t work appropriately so had to ring back a second time. Got someone else who then advised that the balance amount would be automatically refunded within 3-5 working days. Asda is absolutely dreadful. Have been ordering with other companies who have also delivered fewer items but charged us the accurate lesser amount. Asda is useless and then has clueless customer service staff who provide wrong advice almost amounting to fraud.

I have shopped at Asda store in Ashton-under-Lyne for over 20 years and I have never been has stressed out with the set up at the tills, among lots of other customer’s I don’t understand way you are insisting on pushing self serving on to your customers! There clearly not enough room for this and will put me off coming in to do my shopping.

As a regular monthly, online Order Customer I am disappointed and disgusted at the amount of items which are now "out of stock" at the Caerphilly Store. However Tesco's are in stock of handsoap, Wotsits, Quilted Toilet Paer, Chicken Soup, Absorbant Sponge Cloths, Heinz Ketchup, and Jammie Dodger, Bourbon, Custard Cream Biscuits. It will be many months before I order from Asda. as I feel let down by Caerphilly Store Managers and Asda in general.

True some of the shelves are empty, but I tend to improvise buying similar products - biscuits, soap, bread, etc - There is always an abundance of sweets and choc however!! Can your cafe please stock the front of the cafe and shop with a few delicious savoury biscuits please. Much nicer than sugary ones. Thanks. Customer. 16th March

Copy of complaint that I made to Asda. Could not put pics on here but hopefully you will get the gist of the failing in pricing and the poor customer service. Even allowed them to rectify the situation but they obviously don't value their customers. I wish to make a formal complaint regarding your pricing and customer service at you Arrowe Park Store. I attended the store earlier today with my grandaughter. I bought some groceries and also bought my grandaughter a toy dog for 3 pounds. The toy was clearly on offer in the sale reduced from 6 to 3 pounds. When I went through the checkout I was charged 5 pounds. As soon as i noticed this I went to customer services to complain. The lady from customer services then accompanied me to the sale display where the toy was purchased to investigate. Although the toys were in the sale area and clearly priced a 3 pounds she then moved some items that were hanging from the end of the shelf to reveal that there was also a 5 pound price tag. This price tag however was hidden from the general public (by the hanging items) and also was a full price and not a sale price. They therefore, according to the store, clearly had full priced items in the sale area with the only visible price being 3 pounds and not 5. The customer service lady was at a loss to explain this but did say that she could take back the toy and refund the 5 pounds. Not wanting to upset my grandaughter, I declined this offer and stated that I was not happy about this and that I was going to write a review about this experience and complain to customer services. I also told her that I would take a couple of photographs for evidence before I left. She then told me that it was illegal to take photographs within the store. I explained that it wasn't and proceeded to take take photos with my camera phone. As I took the photos she insisted that she pulled the hanging display which covered the 5 pound price to one side. She then asked if this could be resolved in store by calling of the duty manager. I agreed as long as it wouldn't take too long. After about 15 minutes of waiting she returned to me and said that the manager was busy in the cash office and if I gave my phone number the manager would ring me as soon as he was free. I received no call whatsoever. I am not happy about this situation and as such intend tomorrow, to submit a review with photographs on the web and also on social media sites. I will attach the photographs including receipt for your perusal and action. From these pictures you can clearly see the product, the pricing and the customer service lady pulling back the vertical display t reveal the 5 pound price. Asda Harrogate is the worst shopping experience ever. Forced onto self checkout as short of staff and long queues at the few ‘manned’ tills. Just returned an item and dealt with by a very rude member of staff. Insisted on seeing a manager who wasn’t much better. Absolutely disgraceful treatment of customers.

Just walked into Wigan Asda to do a shop and there are no scanners charged up. I’ve walked out and will travel to another store in Leigh rather than have to queue at tills. Ridiculous they encourage you to use the self scanners then don’t man it enough to ensure it’s a smooth service. That’s another hour of my Sunday wasted.
