“I wish to compliment a member of your staff at your Ashby de la zouch leices her name is Stella , every time i have been in , she always goes out of her way to help me she is kind and always has a smile for every one , we always have a bit of banter and her sense of humour match,s mine , i am 72 and in need of a it of cheer as most humans are so miserable , we can all feel sad and i think what a waste . So can i count on you to praise her for what she does to make people happy . Merry Christmas Stella x x I would like to tell you about an assistant in your ashby de la zouch leices shop her name is Stella , every time i have been into the shop she always helps me with a smile she is kind and has a good sense of humour which match,s mine and i love banter , there is so much misery in some people and that is not for me , Stella is a breath of fresh air and needs to be praised for that so i wish for you to convey my message to her as she is a huge asset to your company , and wish her a wonderful Christmas from Barbara x”

“Called in at the Crewe store to buy Christmas cards. What a nice clean shop. The staff were very professional but at the same time friendly. The two ladies Rachel and Linda M who helped and served me were really nice. They are a credit to the company and to the Crewe branch. Thank you I will be back in and would highly recommend.”

“I visited the plymstock plymouth store on the 24th november 2022 , i would just like to say how friendly and helpful the staff were , a young girl very kindly helped me with finding a card and the young man at the till was very happy and friendly. a joy to shop at the card factory , a big thank you to all the staff.”

“Went into the Basildon town square today what a lovely homely store the staff in there was extremely friendly always having a giggle with the customers actually feel like I know them personally and visa Versa would never shop at another the staff are a credit to your company”

“Just had the most amazing service from the girls in the frodsham shop. They went out of their way to supply me with 3 helium balloons wrapping paper and a birthday badge in a matter of minutes as I was in such a hurry. I was in and out of the shop so fast I didn't get their names. They where super stars and served me with such friendlyness. Thanks once again girls. Sheila Mcdonald 7/9/2022”

“I went to the store in Anglia Square in Norwich where the assistant went out of her way to help me. She helped me to count out the correct change for my purchase from my purse and was extremely friendly. It is a pleasure to be served by someone like this and a very happy shopping experience. She also went out of her way to make sure I found the cards that I was looking for.”
