“Very happy with your branch in Wulfrun center Wolverhampton. Served by Zoe store busy seemed rather understaffed. However she was very polite and went out of her way to help me. Absulate asset to your business!”

“Jean and Emily from the Affinity, Talke, Staffordshire store could not do more to help when I was looking for a specific card for my grandson. They were so friendly, helpful and kind. They could not find the card I required but found me a children's book that I purchased. Top marks to both of them for wonderful customer service.”

“Had excellent customer service from Will at Card Factory in Alton Hants. I was short on time and he guided me to section I needed and offered alternatives. Knew his products and is a very well mannered young man. I will shop there again 😊”

“I regularly use the market st branch in barnsley as the staff there are so friendly and helpful..nothing is too much trouble if I need any help and the staff always greet you with a smile ..100% great service”

“I went to east kilbride card factory and was very pleasantly surprised they had sister ans sister in law cards. It is something not usually found. Only thing say is make kore space for prams as everyone looks and hates the person with the baby pram holding it the aisle”

“I visited the store Parkway Sheffield to purchase balloons for my partners 70th birthday. The manager Laura was extremely helpful in helping me select balloons for the party on Wednesday 27 October. I collected the balloons on Saturday 30 -they were simply amazing !! Laura and her team are fantastic and I can honestly say that the customer service went over and above excellent. Laura and her team are a credit to the card factory -well done Laura and thank you”

“Gave them the right card as they up set looking for a relative that lost a loved one. Worked on tills and when asked to go to the bank did so .helpful staff as I learnt a fast pace of work in a number of hours and new till layout .loved selling there cards and gifts .”

“The customer experience on my recent purchase at the Sommercotes store was exceptional to say the least. Ella helped me with my search for 50 B Day banners balloons etc...although I didn't get all I wanted ( due to stock and logistical delivery issues which is beyond staff control) she went above n beyond - I purchased a foil B Day banners from Tesco and I went back to Ella to purchase the rest of the items and she even offered to blow up the banner and put together which was fab ( not even purchased at card factory ) I work in customer service myself and people are very quick to complain but lack speed in praising great customer service. Thank you Ella your a credit to your team at sommercotes card factory Alfreton. Highly recommended! Debbie”

“Had a fantastic experience at card factory Garforth Leeds 25, shop wasn’t too busy & really tidy but the girl on the till Sharon(blond) was so helpful encouraging people with half price special buys but not being too pushy & really helped me choose lots of things for my daughters 21st birthday, i bought quiet a few extra bits with her help she is a credit to your store....”

“This company has made me very unhappy. An e-mail sent to me asked me to contact them, so far I have been unable to do so owing to the fact that their telephone just has a recorded message and each time I send and e-mail it can't be delivered because the address given by them is unknown. Please tell how to contact the company.”
