“I found Electric Tobacconist after searching for an hour. I have to say this is a great company. I was happy with there product selection and the service. They had fast delivery though I do wish they used a service like UPS or FedEx so they could bring it to the door.”

“I have been using ET for a couple years now and I used to have great service.. fast shipping and good quality products. However within the past few months my packages have arrived late every time and in multiple orders in a row, the product ordered did not work. I sent in a request and was sent replacements, although I was never told why 7 batteries in a row did not work. The replacements I received were also broken and I was never able to get a response on the follow up.”
