“EXTREMELY UPSET. ORDERED A SMOK G-PRIV 3, REPLACEMENT COILS, AND TWO BATTERY PACKS. UPON USING THE DEVICE, I KEPT GETTING AN ATOMIZER ERROR. I REPLACED THE COIL WITH ONE OF THE REPLACEMENT PACKS. GOT AN ADDITIONAL ERROR. PUT A THIRD ONE IN, AND IT WORKED. SO, TWO COMPLETELY SEPARATE COILS WERE FAULTY. OF THE BATTERY PACKS, ONE HELD A CHARGE AS IT SHOULD; THE OTHER DID NOT, DESPITE BEING IDENTICAL PACKS AND BRANDS. CONTACTED ELECTRIC TOBACCONST, AND WAS PROVIDED AN "E-WALLET" CREDIT TO COVER THE REPLACEMENTS. ORDERED THIS ITEMS, UPGRADED THE FREIGHT, ONLY TO RECEIVE A PARTIAL ORDER. NO NOTE OR EXPLANATION. AS SO, I REACHED OUT TO THEM ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEIR INVENTORY WAS OFF AND THE BATTERIES ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. I CHECK THE ENTIRE SITE, AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY BATTERIES THAT WILL FIT MY DEVICE WHATSOEVER. AND, YET, I HAVE A CREDIT THAT CAN NOT BE APPLIED ON THE ITEM I NEED. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.”

“I was always happy ordering from you until this last month! To my surprise you put a limit on what I can order per month and you did this without warning! I’m 73 years old my husband is 78 and you want to limit us!! And now we have to pay 13.00 per box instead of 8.99 so I won’t be ordering from you any more! Not happy 😡”
