“I received my order on the 29th of February. Everything was there but my vape pen will not charge. The light comes on and stayed on for a few seconds but when I put in the nearly full pod I had been using nothing happens. Can I get it replaced? And what is the address that I send it back to?Evervthing I’ve ordered before has been perfect.”

“Amazing! Every time I use Electric Tobacconist I've had a wonderful experience! The site is extremely easy to use and offers help along the way if you need it. Shipping is so fast, I've ordered multiple times and each time it has arrived early! Great rates on shipping including free shipping offers. Their selection is phenomenal, including frequent sales and clearance items. I've recommended the site to my friend and now he's in love with it too! I haven't gone to a brick-and-mortar Vape Shop since using this site, why would I when it's so much cheaper to use Electric Tobacconist! If it was possible I would rate them 10 out of 5 stars!”

“When I ordered from Eletric Tabacconst, my package came quickly. The ticket said I was to get the package with in 5 to 8 days and I got it in 5. When I contacted for help about the device I got. The service that I received was very quickly, and they reassured me that the problems can be fixed. Everything over all was great, and smooth.”
