“I recently purchased a Voopoo Drag 2 from ET. Unfortunately, it arrived defective. I emailed customer service and within 24 hours there was a replacement at my door. It truly does not get better than that folks. Very pleased with the outstanding service and the Drag 2. Would not hesitate to order again”
