The process of ordering online was easy and efficient! The team was immediately in email communication regarding my order and verified age requirement and the order placed with one phone call (that didn't require a returned call ;). The product shipped seamlessly and notification of delivery was provided. All in all, excellent service and would use again, even when not relegated to self-quarantine!

It said Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending. I bought it form this website because people said it was a fast shipping service but i guess it is not true . I couldn’t go outside so I am still waiting for their package . If I ever get this package I might have to rethink about reordering from this website Again .

The shipping was very fast even in amid all this corona virus mess and delays! I loved the deals on puff bars and variety of flavors! Will be using this service again!

The tracking info given has my order sitting at Boulder, CO UPSP for the last 4 days. Your stupid not human contact helpdesk says I should wait 10 days before I can know where my shipment is. This is the most awkward site I have ever ordered from. If I ever receive my order, it will be the last I order from you. Thanks.

Unfortunately, due to the environment we all now find ourselves in, we are experiencing shipping delays past our regular same-day shipping promise. E.T. USA was very easy to navigate on both the desktop and mobile website. Finding products is as easy as typing in the search bar and the closest results pop up. E.T. has tons of products to choose from and stocks back up very quickly. Shipping is fast and items usually come earlier than expected (usually one day earlier). Overall, E.T. USA is one of the top online stores with an easy to use site, reliable delivery, and fairest pricing.

Terrible customer support. Ordered on Monday early morning and still hasn't shipped as of Friday. I'm working the frontlines everyday. There is no excuse for lack of communication and poor customer service. Do NOT purchase from this company!

I'm not sure what their normal shipping is like, but currently it's SUPER SLOW. Ordered Saturday, receipt from them said item was shipped Monday. It wasn't. Record shows it wasn't even RECEIVED by USPS from them until Thursday. Now I'm not even expecting shipment to arrive until like Tuesday of next week- maybe. That's 10 days. Moral of the story, don't order from them unless you have time to kill. I'm going to have to purchase from someone else. Would be less PO'd if they didn't misrepresent their shipping. Fool me once.....

Disappointing, I spent $79.90 for 10 boxes of pods. There is or was an upgrade in shipping if I spend $80.00. You’d think they would round up automatically. I mean what on their website costs $0.10 cents. Geez 😒

As of 7pm Thursday i haven't received my 3/27/2020 order. I DO understand that these are very very trying times right now. The only reason i pointed out my order is so you Know it hasn't arrived yet. Due to the recent pandemic, all of the smoke shops in my area closed before I could get to them in time. My nicotine supply was running scarce, but thanks to Electric Tobacconist, I now have a supply of juice to last me until this pandemic is over. I didn't really like how long it took to get here but that's on me because I ordered it on a Friday but the juice was fresh and crisp when it got to my door.
