First order came with pieces missing. 2nd order was supposed to be priority express. Paid $25 for 2 day shipping, it has been 4 days no- has not arrived. Was told by customer service to expect 3-5 days and to contact again after 10, which is their normal shipping time quote. Absolute scam.

Everything went fine with my 1st order placed in May. Placed my 2nd order on 6/1/21 and it's been a nightmare. 9 different expected delivery dates, 9 wasted days of staying home to sign for it, 21 days since placing the order and it's still not here. Complete runaround when trying to find out where the package is and when I can expect delivery. :-(

Put the items in my cart and went to go check out. Made me go through the entire verification process, sending identification, waiting several hours to get approved. Only after all of this was I told that the products couldn’t be sold on my state. Complete waste of time.

Hi, Sorry about your experience. With 50 States and different rules for each, it's hard for us to warn up front that there may be an issue selling a certain product to you in your State. We do our best, but in the case of your State, New Jersey and its flavor ban, we also need to rely on an element of common knowledge, else we risk ruining the experience for everyone with warning messages plastered over the site. Won't even let me order. They use some third party age verifyer and i tried every address i have ever lived at per their recommendation's and every time it failed i am more than old enough to buy the products but i guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Im sorry to inform you that I will not be ordering from you again. My order was placed 5/11, it looks to have been shipped out 5/12 from Plantation Florida. I live in Florida. The package went to colorado, then Utah, then colorado, then kansas city, then Tampa/largo. Its been nearly a month while the product has traveled the US. Im glad that I dont need to order my oxygen from you people. The delivery service you use is HORRIBLE as is well documented on the BBB site. Its unfortunate but you are also gauged by those you employ to handle your logistics...poor choice to say the least. Hopefully I receive my product someday but in the mean time I will shop locally to assure I get what I pay for.

I ordered from here spent $$$ on e cigs said they was shipped on May 6, 2021 and said give them 5-10 days well this is May 29, 2021 would like to know where my order is at thank you Marty Conley

Ridiculous price charged for shipping, charged 3 separate excise taxes when this state has one. Paid 2.5 times what it should have cost. Not to mention NO coupon codes. Probably won’t purchase from this company again.

Hi, Sorry, but we have to follow the law and pay our taxes. If that means it doesn't work for you to shop with us then so be it. As for coupon codes - we keep our prices as low as possible and treat all customers the same, not just the bargain hunters or those who know how to play the game. Thanks Louis ET Team

Stupid late says delivery is tomorrow but it’s still in Colorado!! Lazy Customer Service! No responses! Can’t even get a refund! It’s been over a month!!!

We have offered to refund or reship your order three times in the past 9 days, but the tone of your responses suggests perhaps you are not actually receiving our responses? Had been a loyal customer but have had 2 shipments in a row not reach us for over a month each time. Very difficult to get customer service and refund they have kept the money tied up and the shipping date changes everyday!

I never do this but this has been a horrible experience this LAST time. You can’t talk with anyone EVER even when you ask to be called. They give you robotic email answers and blame everything on new shipping company. Ordered in April and still May 21 and no order. No attempts of a delivery as there new company says and you can’t talk to anyone at this delivery company either because they give you no information. There was never a notice for attempted delivery either. Electric Tobacconist should have already stepped up to the plate and overnighted my order. Not to mention I spent $100 each order in the past. NOW THEY DON’T RESPONDAND TOOK OVER 100 FROM ME. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. READ FORMER EMPLOYEE REVIEWS AND THEY SAID IT WAS A TOXIC ENVIRONMENT TO WORK IN. SHAMEFUL

Dear Customer, Your order was placed April 25th (a Sunday) so left our warehouse on the Monday (26th). Delivery attempts were made on the 8th May, the 13th and the 14th May. We were very pleased on previous orders, then made an order on 4/19/21 still haven't received..yeah everyday coming in tomorrow. That's an entire month of "it's on the way"...the payment came out within two days and no delivery yet after 31 days. We know about PACT ACT and within the meantime ordered from another company and within a week and a half already delivered. How do you explain that? I feel like something gone seriously wrong here

Placed my $321 order on April 5, it was processed the following day. Tracking said estimated delivery date was 4/17. It arrived in SLC on 4/10, 4 days later (its an 8 hr drive from Boulder to SLC per google maps). It then took 4 more days to reach Portland, OR (an 11 hr drive). Each time I checked the tracking of my package (about twice a week) a new est delivery date was posted. It sat in Portland for WEEKS! I attempted to place an online claim but was unable to most likely due to the volume of other angry customers bogging down the system. After reading the multiple complaints online, FINALLY someone from ET decided to respond that the delay problems were related to new shipping restrictions that led to USPS, Fed Ex and UPS no longer delivering vape and like products. The new delivery service contracted was very slow and attempts were being made to correct that. After seeing this and being unaware of the new shipping restrictions, I was willing to be patient and allow ET an opportunity to work it out. As of the end of last week my order was still sitting in Portland with a new estimated delivery date of May 17. On Monday May 16, the order was still shown to be in Portland with the same May 17 delivery date. Needless to say I had no confidence that my order would leave OR and be in FL the following day. When I checked tracking this morning May 20, SURPRISE! It tells me my order was delivered April 17! Full on BS as I have NEVER received my $321 order as it is said when I ordered that I must be home to receive and sign for my delivery. NOTHING from ET has been sent to me except emails asking me if I want to reorder!!! I have screenshots of my various checks on tracking and ET is going to refund my money!!!

Still waiting for an order from 5/3/2021. Initial date of delivery the 7th, date has changed 7 times. Now 3 weeks has passed and still no order. Very difficult to know when to have someone available to sign. They need a different delivery service.

Placed my order on May 5, 2021 this is May 15,2021 and I have not received my order your shipper X Tracking is terrible no updates for days Onelivex shipping says they have nothing to do with X Tracking yet my tracking and shipping info states they are my shipper. Really terrible service. I will never order from you again!!!!!!!

Hi Connie, We're so sorry about this. There are tracking issues that are being ironed out by our new carrier. USPS is still an option for now (until they announce their ruling, and the option is taken away, which could be any day now) if you wanted to use us again. After that, all online carriers will be using the same delivery service (from what we understand). I’ve been a customer of theirs for a little while now and placed 2 orders. One on March 30 and April 1. On April 16, I reached out to them because the tracking information hadn’t updated and I wanted a refund. I received a response saying to give it until April 20 and if I still hadn’t gotten it to let them know and they would resend it. I waited until April 23 and reached out to them again. This time I was given a $5.00 off coupon. Today is May 13 and I have reached out to them again because I have no product. Now $100.00 may not be a lot to some people but I paid for product and expect to receive it or have someone contact me letting me know what’s going on. I will not be ordering from this store again. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

It's really unusual for two orders to go missing but 30th March and 1st April were during our first tranche of orders going through our new carrier and there were, admittedly, some teething issues that have vastly improved since then. The problem with the seven reviews you have left us is that they don't relate to any purchase made and it would appear, looking at the IP address they are written from, that you are not in fact a customer. Order on April 5th and again on April 12th, have yet to receive either one of them. Today is May 11, 2021. No phone number to call and yet to see who would deliver. Only reason to hang in there, is they are the only ones who carry Fins e-cigs.
