“Great place to get product. The only thing that would be nice is if I was given a coupon or some sort of discount for how much I order (few times a month with good size orders). Would be cool to see a coupon code/discount to show appreciation for continued business.”

“While I love shopping with you folks, it was almost funny how long it took the USPS to ship my last order. It was processed on the 19th of February and I just got it today, the 8th of March. I am so happy to have my regular vape juice back, had to buy some from a local vape store and didn't like it as much. I'll look at other shipping options on my next order.”

“We've been using ET for 1.5 years now; reliable service and great customer service when we had 1 delivery issue (due to recent mail restrictions with vape juice, which ET is working on). The ticket system has a few bugs, but CS was very quick to respond via the "hello" email address! Great products too!”

“I've been ordering product from this company for a while now. They have outstanding customer service, and I am very pleased with the products I have ordered. Used to vape Jak E cig, but have recently switched to Vuse Alto. Pods are great! Wish they charge held just a little longer, but overall, great product.”
