“I've been a customer for over a year. The service and the product I buy is excellent. They ship right away. But lately they have been using UPS and the delivery time is much longer than USPS which is my preference. Wish I could have that fixed so USPS is the main shipper again !”

“Products are ok. Shipping is normally fast but their customer service is definitely lacking and outdated. The "create a ticket" for when there's an issue is seriously dumb. Been over 2 weeks since I placed an order and package seems to be lost in transit and ET is no help in refunding or replacing lost package.”
