The delivery was the wrong item. The replacement and return process was very quick. I sometimes have a problem getting Logic products where I am. However, I know I can get them through you guys.

I love that this company sells the product I use there are not many avenues to purchase what I like to use but this company is very reliable and love that I found them on line to be able to order products I like. The delivery is great and dependable....πŸ‘πŸ‘

As a result, we now work with private carriers who ensure compliance with these regulations. We do offer lower shipping costs based on the order total: $11.99 for orders $50–$100, $3.99 for orders $100–$ 150, and FREE on orders over $150. We hope this helps, and have a nice day! Blu was no longer available in our stores. I wanted to find out why. Looked on line and found that I would still be able to order online. What a relief!. This purchase was for my husband who is not ready to give up smoking this particular brand-Gold Leaf. It was comparatively priced with a discount. Great!!

The product was fine. The delivery was upsetting. If I had to do over again, I would have refused the package when he asked to see my license for ID. He took a photo front and back. The moment he left, I regretted showing him my license. It’s still bothers me. I will never show my license to accept a delivery again..

I am always pleased with the speed and quality of my orders/delivery. However, a recent message informed me that delivery is no longer available in my area [largest city in Kansas] so I guess this is the last order from me.

Since last September I have ordered 20, 20, 50, & 50 disposables. Still getting DOA's and NJOY says no replacement unless reported within 30 days of order. Am I expected to test them all upon receipt?

Thank you Electric Tobbaconist . You have made my life much easier. Not having to go to multible convience stores and the mutible discount is Great. I have noticed much faster shipping time recently. The only small thing that would be nice is to get a notification on delivery day. Hope the goverment in my area do not mess up a good thing like Electri Tobbacconist deliveries. I didn't get my product, even after I gave you instructions so I could give you the dob..,I never received the product. You still have my money. How would you feel? The courier never responded my request to deliver at my place of work. I did give her that addess.

While I found the customer service team to be outstanding and the product I ordered was great, delivery from the shipping carrier used by Electric Tobacconist is extremely slow. My order took almost 4 weeks for delivery.
