“I have tried to order from you the past two days, Both days it says I am in a queue and it starts to count down. Every time it gets to 1 minute or less it starts over at 20 minutes or more. Tonight it did this 4 times The day before I did not count but I started early afternoon until evening. I guess I will go somewhere else.”

“This shop is good, it’s always got the items I need. My coils are hard to find and I’m glad that they are usually available on this site. I’m having shipping issues at the moment, it’s been over 15 days since I ordered and still no item. Hope it’s just because of the issues the world is facing right now, and not that it’s lost.”

“Prices were good and customer service was good but shipping took way too long. I placed my order on 4/1 and didn't recieve my delivery until yesterday. (4/14) I got an email saying that it "shipped" the same day i placed my order, so I'm not sure what the deal was, but I won't be ordering again.”

“I love Electronic Tobacconist USA!!!! Only place that carry’s the brand and flavor I love. Will only order from here. I will be a lifetime customer. Delivery is always super fast as well and I appreciate if there is some sort of hold up they email and let me know. Highly recommend ❤️”

“I like the service these guys provide. They almost always have in stock what I need. But when they don't they have an option to notify you when the certain product does become available. I took advantage of this and it all worked out. Got what I needed in time.”
