“I have had only good experiences with Electronic Tobacconist. The service is great, the website is easy to navigate and neat and prices are competitive. Shipping has always been super fast with the exception of the last shipment taking over a week but that is understandable due to the pandemic and high demand. I highly recommend ET and will continue to shop with them.”

“IMO this company is trash. Ordered from them 3x, paid for priory shipping 3x and each time the items came later and later. Then when you message customer service you get a generic response back with no help. Terrible company”

“Electric Tobacconist is my go to whenever I order. Always speedy with deliveries and awesome customer service. Had an issue with a device that broke a couple months after I purchased and the manufacturer of the device wanted me to pay $15+ just to ship it back, I told E-tobacconist and they sent me a return label and gave me store credit! Will always be a returning customer Thank you!”
