“Every time I order order off of this website I get my products fast and never had any problems with orders getting mixed or not getting what I ordered. The customer service is great and they have just about anything you’d need. From mods, to pod mods, juice. Everything. and at a great price at that. This is the only website I get my vape products from and it’s gonna stay like that! Note: (last order took more then 7 days to arrive but understandable because of this Coronavirus bogus going on)”

“I normally have good experiences with Electric Tobacconist, but this time was not one of them. I am giving this a 3 star because I am sympathetic to what is going on this country, but, they should've told customers that their products wouldn't ship for a week BEFORE the purchase, rather than after. I make my living on pick and pack and fulfillment, and even during the CV pandemic, we have not delayed more than 1 day, and that was only because the box components were delayed from the manufacturer. Electric Tabacconist should've offered customers a discount on future orders or something similar for how delayed there were, particularly because they didn't say anything until after the purchases were made, which is a terrible way to do business.”
