“I tried to place an order on line this morning 4/15 and 5 different times it told me I was in que next and bounced me back to the beginning each wait time. So I just gave up. Yes, I stayed on that page as directed.”

“This is my second order. It seems other online retailers specialize in selling fake Puff bars. Every Puff bar I've received from Electric Tobacconist has verified as legit on the official website. Shipping was slow but due to the Coronavirus, I can't blame them. Will do business with them again”

“Took 2 weeks to send my juice from boulder to grand junction Colorado which is a 6 hour drive. Juice went from boulder to Seattle then back to denver”

Hi Brandon, we are very sorry for the delay in your order. Occasionally, USPS uses alternative routes when their distribution centers are overwhelmed in an attempt to get your package to you as fast as they can.

“Variety of products is amazing. Very easily navigateable website. I understand the crisis right now, but I paid for priority shipping and it still took two weeks to get, so not happy with the speed of delivery. I will definitely be ordering again”

We have had issues with our new queue system, which we had to put in place in order to organize order volumes while we experience issues with the covid-19 environment. We’ve been working 24/7 to get the issues fixed, and believe we have them mostly taken care of, so you shouldn’t see any problems with it.
