Always ordered from this site, very quick shipping and always had my product. But now that Mt. Baker cannot be ordered or bought from anywhere... I can't seem to find find an equivalent replacement! I spent so much money trying flavors and hating them, then finally found and actually liked Air Factory-Menthol a lot. But now it's never in-stock in any 25+ Vape Stores where I live (they almost all carry the brand but sell out so quick), and it's out of stock online a bunch too! I would rather not spend $100-$200 again just to try a bunch of flavors I don't end up liking... if you can suggest something similar to either of those that would be awesome! (Nothing with added flavor, nothing too sweet, or too minty... I like the cool/icey flavors that aren't sweet or minty-like Mt. Baker's Extreme Icee)

I have been doing a regular customer for a time, now. And, appreciate the dilemma created by just enforced laws. However, they didn't come by surprise. Ample time to have prepared, especially since xdelivery boasts of rapid growth and high quality service, for uninterrupted timely delivery. I have, heretofore, been satisfied with electronic tobacconist

The site is very convenient to order from but the shipping is the worse I've ever seen. It takes close to three weeks to receive an order. Each day when I check the status of the order, they have added on another arrival day. It's getting real inconvenient to order from this company so I will have to go local.

I’m getting sick of getting defects one or 2 per order! And you never give me my 10% discount! I’ve ask before and never got any got of answer ftom you! It’s a huge hassle to send back! I only order online cause it’s convenient! I may have to start shopping at speedway!

I'm now in the system so ordering is a breeze. The bottles are easy to squeeze which is helpful for elderly hands like mine. The flavors? Delightful! I'm now a regular customer.

Good site and good products. The shipping takes too long though, unless you want to pay an extra $25.

We like the product and the quick delivery. I only gave 4 stars because our last order of 50 had at least 10 duds! There was very little filling in them so only 4-5 puffs and empty! Apparently quality control is not up to grade. We basically had $80 in disposables that were defective.

I like their products and customer service, but it takes forever to complete the process when checking out. I still have not figured out how their prices because the prices are higher than FIN.

I like the array of products that are offered and the prices are reasonable. Shipping is on and off again. I always pay the extra fee because I hardly ever get my orders in a timely manner and it's not this website's fault. It is the postal service in my area. What I hate is my State's new excise tax. My order was like $70 and then my State added a $35.00 excise fee. WHAT! Looks like I will be stopping my vaping soon thanks to that.

Been getting my vape juice through ETUSA for a while now & have given 5 star ratings for their great products, excellent service & low prices, but I had to downgrade to a 4 star rating. They have always done free standard shipping on orders $20 or more, but now they have done away with that. Due to excise tax (not ETUSA choice) the cost was already starting to get high, but now to be hit with an extra $10 shipping fee (something ETUSA can control) is really costing. I quit cigarettes about 7 years ago because it was getting too expensive with the frivolous taxes and big tobacco's greed but now the cost of vaping is getting as bad as cigarettes & when places like ETUSA add more charges, makes you guys part of the problem instead of the solution. We are in a war against big tobacco to have a safer & cheaper alternative to the over 3,000 deadly chemicals found in cigarettes. Please ETUSA, be on our side of the battle and do everything you can to keep vaping prices lower than cigarettes.

I love this place and any time I have had a question, they have been extremely accommodating. The 4 star rating is for thing beyond the control of the store. The new rules and ridiculous "sign to delivery" are causing me to not use ET again. My delivery driver, though, again, most likely not the fault of ET, didn't even try to fake that he needed a mask yet, I had to be within inches of him to sign. Also it took nearly 20 days before it finally made it. Sorry guys, the government is doing to you what it has done to others. I would suspect big tobacco is behind the rules changes.
