“Amazing experience. I had some issues ordering at first but the support team was very on point for fixing the situation. Responded to my questions within minutes and despite covid, my products were shipped within the time limit originally provided. Oh, and the deals are great! Thank you!”

“During these challenging times I know organizations are struggling, especially with the influx of online shopping since stores are closed. I was concerned about my delivery and when I reached out I heard back from someone right away. I’m extremely grateful for their customer service and the item I ordered is exactly what I wanted. “I really appreciate this web site! I live in a very rural community and I love the convenience of having my e-cigs delivered to my mail box. I know I can get refills of my favorites but also with the wide variety products I can try new flavors and different types of e-cigs or vaping products,”

“Received my product's today. Two of the coils would not work. Also the website said 5 to 7 days to receive orders. It took 15 days to receive my product's.”

“Even though we are in a state of lockdown Electric Tabcconist still gets your order out in a timely fashion. It might take 2 days longer for you to receive the order that is still commendable considering the obstacles.”

“The experience was absolutely painless. With our currant Covid 19 and the smoke shops closed I perhaps like many went to online shoping. Electric Tobacconist met all my needs. “I’ve been using your service for over a year now and am highly satisfied with the ease of using the website. All my products were delivered promptly, well packaged, with accurate email tracking.
