“These folks are truly a pleasure to deal with! Their website is very well laid out and easy to navigate. But more importantly, their response time is fabulous. Order details are acknowledged immediately and often, my order goes out that same day, complete with tracking info. I have never had any issue whatsoever. Keep up the great job!”

“I do a lot of research before I buy my products. Then I Google search for the best price and reliable places to order from. Time and time again I end up at Electric Tobacconist. So much so that I am going to stop wasting time and simply check Electric Tobacconist first every time I am looking to order something. I have been burned by lesser sites too many times. This company has always been extremely professional in my opinion.”

“Paid for priority shipping, was given an estimated date and my item arrived 3-4 days after the estimated date. I could have just paid for regular shipping. I understand that it's busier than ever with stores being closed but you shouldn't guarantee a date if you're that backed up. Otherwise item as described.”

“I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase again! I got a couple of pods for my Orion Q and some blue raspberry lemonade juice to go with it! Omg that juice is bomb! One of my top faves! The only issue I had was the delivery time! I know times are hard right now though so it’s no big deal as I’m sure there’s been a huge increase in online ordering since all the vape shops (at least by me) are closed! Very happy with my purchase and 10/10 will be ordering again!”
