“I have been on a search for decent smoke shop for years. Like many you, I was tired of paying the gouging prices at my local store and went on search for an online store. I’ve purchased from hundreds (feels like it) of online stores and this company, by far, has the best prices and customer service. Most of times I’ll order pods from one store, juice from another etc.. Here, I dont have to do that. They have everything you’ll ever need at awesome prices. Not too long ago I purchased a vape and it malfunctioned. Called customer service and they sent me another one ASAP instead of waiting until they received the broken one. They were hands down the chillest and most helpful people. They definitely have me (and many others Ive recommended) as a faithful customer.”

“Excellent service and super fast shipping. The shipping rocks with this company. I live in PA. ET is in Colorado. Every time I ordered something before the coronavirus came through, it would be here in two days. And even now with this coronavirus issue, my vape supplies still get here within a week. They also have the best prices on most of the things they carry. I've shopped around for different juices and vape systems. ET almost always has the lowest price on any given item. I'm very happy overall. 10/10 for this company!”
