“Many of the items I need are in stock or I get an email that they’re back in stock fairly quickly. The shipping lately has been understandably slower. But overall I can tell the people at Electric Tobacconist work hard and care about the customer.”

“The website is easy to use, ordering was a breeze but the only downside is shipping. I'm not sure if this is due to the corona virus or not but it took over a week to get the products. I paid s little extra for shipping on both orders and it was the same result. I received email notification within 2 days that the items had been processed and shipped, even given a tracking number. They then sat for 4 or 5 days in Boulder, CO. They were being shipped to Portland, OR. That shouldn't take 7 business days. I'm just stating what happened twice for your information. If they were given to a postal service and were held for a while, that's not really on your company.”

“I have ordered just a handful of times so far but this will continue to be my alternative to brick and mortar shops. The selection is excellent, prices are more than fair and the shipping speeds make it all worth ordering online. By far the best experience I've had with an online vape shop.”

“I absolutely love electric tobacconist. They are the only ones that not only have my juice flavors I love and my coils. But also the shipping is so fast. The have amazing prices in juice, coils, and mods. I will continue to use them. Love what they do.”
