“My stuff came after 2 weeks. I know its not 100% your fault, however if you cant ensure delivery you shouldnt continue taking orders and after 10 days of an item not showing up the least you could do is offer some type of partial refund or cupon. Instead ai didnt even receive a response from anyone. Already found a different company to use.”
