“I love this system I got it at a local convenience store....it’s berybwasy to use!!!!’in having trouble with some cartridges not working after it gets used about halfway down it get get clogged and won’t “puff” I don’t know why and I can’t trouble shoot it!”

“Enjoy the site but don't like the fact that you can only order a certain amount per month. Finally got my boyfriend to quit smoking and hes doing the Juul system. Don't like the limits on the site. Everything else is A+”

“I had a good experience shopping with Electic Tobacconist. Very user friendly and shipping isn’t too expensive either. My package arrived 2 days late but that was due to usps not Electric Tonacconist.”

“I recently purchased a smock fit, overall the device is very good, it hits very smoothly and it’s a very discreet product, the only problem I have with this device is that it leaks juice a bit, but other than that one of the best ultraportable vape device that I’ve ever purchased.”

“If delivery was faster it would be great, and some of the prices such as Shipping prices are expensive. But great service, great selection, great variety of vape juice and items. Need improvements for JUUL and JUNO but still great for Salt Nic”

“Well, I've gotten my 90 year old mother, who has smoked for over 50 years, to try your product. She uses them in the house so that I'm not affected by the normal outpouring of noxious second hand smoke. The only criticism that she had was that she only got about 50 draws on her menthol Naked when she had others which lasted longer, about 300 draws.”

“I am really enjoying my Juul. I’m smoking less cigarettes and using it more which was my goal. The only downfall I have found is that when ordering more of the product you have to buy four of the same flavor unless I’ve missed something it would be nice to be able to buy one or two of flavors you don’t have so you can try am out”

“Update: shipment arrived, wasnt the fault of Electric Tobacconist for the delay but maybe they should look into using better carriers. Customer service was very timely in helping resolve the issue. Product is as described and the price is better than I could find anywhere else. Updated stars to reflect this. Will give them another try in the future, hopefully this was just a rare thing with the shipment problem. My first purchase and the package gets lost. They have a policy where you must wait 10 days after a certain package scan before they will do anything. The package is not going to unlose itself, keep in mind they are selling addictive products and people cant wait half a month for this or else they go and pick up a pack of cigarettes which they are trying to quit. I have been ordering from amazon for years without a single problem. Think I will be taking my money to the local smoke shop from this point, still haven’t received my order.”
