“I've placed several orders with ET, and so far all orders have been filled correctly and arrived in a timely fashion. If this level of service remains consistent, the company will deserve a 5-star rating, which is one I seldom award to any provider or product.”

“I ordered Boulder Rock pods as a local vape shop was the only place that had them, went out of business. I will be ordering another Boulder as mine died last night. I think I may have left it on the charger too long? I have not had it too long either. For the price of everything I am satisfied and not worried about getting another one. I like the delivery of the vapor and size of the Boulder. I am not into the big cloud but more being discreet. I went from smoking cigarettes to another similar vape and pod system that was not refillable and the cost was killing me! This was the next step and I am happy. My pods arrived on the day my order said and it was prompt.”

“Ordering was painless, but one of the cartridges stopped working when there was a third or more of the liquid left. Given the price of a cartridge, if this happens again I'll have to reconsider if I'll stay with the VUSE system.”

“The store is laid out well, the products are good, prices are good. The standard shipping is cheap, but it did arrive within 5 days or so (after ordering on the weekend). Good packaging, everything arrived as described.”

“Great prices! Shipping was pretty quick..Was a little bummed when I didn't get my coils with my order...later to find out they refunded my money for the coils...but woulda been nice to know before my order arrived so I could get them someplace else!”

“Sleek and easy to use! Bought this to transition from smoking real cigarettes, and the throat hit is unlike any other e-cig I've tried. The flavours weren't the best, though. I smoke menthol cigarettes and would have appreciated something that had the cooling feeling of menthol without the sweetness of mint. Cool mint was too sweet, and the only flavour I really liked was the Mango, but I don't mind too much since it was a starter pack.”

“Electric Tobacconist had a great selection and to my surprise i got a wonderful product for a lower price than most places i have seen. I am currently attempting to get a warranty replacement, so we shall see. On the whole, I am satisfied”

“I ordered a new tank from Electric Tobacconist USA. I truly enjoyed the quick shipping and low prices, however upon receipt my tank did not work. I was however provided with quick help through email right away I was very surprised to find how quickly they responded to my inquiry I am awaiting a new tank hopefully this one will work”
