“The prices are good orders came ok..call me old fashioned but I think if vendors are taking your money you should be able to talk to them person to person not just emails and im's but that's my only complaint the lack of a way to talk to a human on the phone.”

“I found this site after getting notified that my e-cigarette brand went out of business .. I found site easy to manage ..and selected the FIN product line upon quick receipt of product , I reported issues with batteries not retaining charge after first use.. contacted Customer Service and they immediately shipped 4 additional replacement batteries . That seem to be working better than original 8 that I ordered...I’m happy with product and rated 4 stars because of the initial battery issues, but the excellent customer service gave me faith that they are willing to Make you happy and your business is important to them. “For the most part I am happy with my purchases. The last 2 have had delivery problems. I am attributing that to the holidays. We shall sesee how future deliveries go. Also I have not been received my delivery email with tracking info.”
