“I have bought several products from the brand NJOY with this company. The shipping is usually fast, which is great. The only issue has been the customer service. I have had about three issues with faulty products and bad cartridges. It really adds up, especially when you are not reimbursed or a replacement of the product.”

“I give them 4 stars because they have one of the best prices online, however, I ordered a Sourin Air Lime Green and was deceived by the color depicted on their product photo. The product photo looked more like a tiffany matte green but the actual color was a metallic lime green.”

“Was looking for a replacement pod that only Electric Tobacconist had. Every other place either had it expensive or on pre-order. Had some issues with age verification but they fixed it quick”
