I’ve used Electric Tobacconist for over nine months and their service has always been excellent until now….I placed an order last Friday, April 3 and now it’s Friday, April 10 with no order received. Tracking reveals the post office in Boulder has not received the package. What’s more, the order updates have stopped coming. I suspect I’ll never receive my order and be out the money. The good news is I placed an order with one of their competitors on Wednesday, April 5 and that order arrived today, two days later.

Save yourself the heart ache pay for priority shipping ordered on April 1 still pending in boulder co all vape shops in michigan closed and really hoping it comes today in respect to the company I get that they are behind with the pandemic but god damn vapor direct had my stuff to me in three days cmon guys

My order has been “pending acceptance” for a week!!!! There is no phone number and I’ve sent 3 emails. At this point I just want to cancel my order and go somewhere else. You’re not able to talk to a live person. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE

We normally ship same-day if you order before 4 MT, but we have seen delays due to the impact of the Covid-19 environment. We will be back to our normal shipping this Monday! I placed my order a week ago and they were happy to go ahead and take my money from my bank account before shipping my products to me. Now the website is shutdown and I can't even look at my order history to look at where they are with my shipment? It obviously isn't on it's way since all I have received is an email apologizing for the delay since they are behind in processing their shipments. Most companies do not charge you until your shipment leaves their facility but apparently they want their money no matter how long it takes them to get your purchase to you. Then to shut the website down to where you can't even check the status of your order that you have already paid for but not received yet is just ridiculous!

I’m seeing a dozen people complaining about how their package is pending in review when trying to track it ... and I’m having the same problem!!!! Very annoyed, ordered a week ago and there hasn’t been a single update. I want to cancel my order but I can’t even get into the site! Won’t be returning to this site again if we don’t get any answers. Seriously displeased - was really looking forward to my order to help me get through this lockdown. But that won’t be happening I suppose.

Ugh. I’m extremely disappointed that ET did not have the infrastructure in place to handle the volume that this global situation has placed on them. I was/am a creature of habit and placed orders with this company multiple times in past. At this point I just want my orders as it’s been a week for one of the orders. Wish I had known when making the order that this was even a possibility. I’d like to retain them as a supplier of my vaping needs but... I guess I’ll just continue to wait...

A friend of mine ordered on April 1st and when he looks up the tracking number it either says package acceptance pending or in transit. So either it’s not accepted yet or it’s been in transit for 7 days now to Weatherford Texas, just wanting to know if the item will arrive in Texas anytime soon? Not to mention he paid for priority + shipping.

I put a tentative 1 star...the prices and products in stock made a very attractive offer now seem doubtful and hesitant. I have as well used multiple sites for juice and mods recently and received in a very timely matter. My package shows label made but NO MOVEMENT for a week almost. I hope it comes and will re-review when and if it does. Juices sounded amazing PLEASE DONT LET ME DOWN. Looking to be a loyal digital customer somewhere.

I ordered over a week ago and it still says Package Acceptance Pending. It said it would arrive by today but it still has not been shipped from them. I’m starting to worry if my package will even come.

Over a week and they have yet to ship anything out, yet they claim to send it out the same day or the next day. Not even sure if the pods I ordered will ever arrive. Would not recommend using this site!!!

Ordered from these guys cause I live in Colorado and they had good reviews from what I read. My package has been listed as “shipment received, package acceptance pending” for over a week now. I understand the possible delays because of Covid but I’ve ordered from 3 different sites since then and haven’t had this problem. I highly doubt I’ll be a returning customer with these guys.

Ordered 7 days ago and tracking says "shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending." It has now said this for 5 days! I live only thirty minutes from Boulder! I could of walked there to pick it up and been back home! Maybe even twice!! They couldn't pull it off. I won't be ordering from them again.

I text you guy almost everyday . I keep getting the same answer saying they will ship out next day and so on like 3-4 time and they still haven’t ship my item out yet . Hasnt been resolved! I went one block away and price was correct! I went 1 mile away and they said..we ask for 12 we get 2 and a bunch of other kinds we dont ask for...and now you are selling your kits for 24 .99! Lol everyone I got to use this product has been warned we are being forced to buy a stronger nicotine level and that you do not do your price checking! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! DONE!

Hi! While there is no info on this review to identify what product you're talking about, we work every day to ensure that we have the lowest prices both online and in stores. We're also far less in shipping than anyone else! As for the product, we normally have all the strengths that a manufacturer sells, so, unfortunately, if your chosen product doesn't sell a lower nicotine amount, we would be unable to get it. I ordered on April 1 and paid priority mail and still haven't received my order and today is April 6. All my emails to your company isn't helpful at all. The last I checked my tracking # my order was on Boulder Co and that was on April 3. Very dissatisfied on my 1st time ordering from this site.
