Great prices just painfully long shipping time. I could walk over and pick up my order and beat their shipping times. I really think a week is to long . The competition can have it at your door in 3 days.

Hi Mark! Our standard shipping arrives in 3-5 days after you place your order. While we can't control how fast USPS gets a package to your house, we do know we ship out of our facility faster than anyone, and have the absolute best shipping prices to give you the best experience. We also have a few options for faster shipping, and as you know, we give free upgrades on shipping for certain size baskets, which arrives 2 days after you place your order. If you're ever in a pinch with your order, definitely try one of these and you'll see your package even faster! ET Customer Care

First the flavor is not the best. I basically didnt taste anything but maybe that weird nicotine flavor. Second I have a boulder. I was filling my pod and went to pull it out. The entire top came off and liquid went everywhere....I will not be buying this ever again.

They sent me a bad tank that took a whole bottle of juice that leaked everywhere on my wood chest! They refunded my money for tank but said no to a 6$ bottle of juice I was a weekly customer at that! But not anymore I spend my money where I get treated with respect. So guess that excludes you now! Terrible customer service!

EXTREMELY UPSET. ORDERED A SMOK G-PRIV 3, REPLACEMENT COILS, AND TWO BATTERY PACKS. UPON USING THE DEVICE, I KEPT GETTING AN ATOMIZER ERROR. I REPLACED THE COIL WITH ONE OF THE REPLACEMENT PACKS. GOT AN ADDITIONAL ERROR. PUT A THIRD ONE IN, AND IT WORKED. SO, TWO COMPLETELY SEPARATE COILS WERE FAULTY. OF THE BATTERY PACKS, ONE HELD A CHARGE AS IT SHOULD; THE OTHER DID NOT, DESPITE BEING IDENTICAL PACKS AND BRANDS. CONTACTED ELECTRIC TOBACCONST, AND WAS PROVIDED AN "E-WALLET" CREDIT TO COVER THE REPLACEMENTS. ORDERED THIS ITEMS, UPGRADED THE FREIGHT, ONLY TO RECEIVE A PARTIAL ORDER. NO NOTE OR EXPLANATION. AS SO, I REACHED OUT TO THEM ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEIR INVENTORY WAS OFF AND THE BATTERIES ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. I CHECK THE ENTIRE SITE, AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY BATTERIES THAT WILL FIT MY DEVICE WHATSOEVER. AND, YET, I HAVE A CREDIT THAT CAN NOT BE APPLIED ON THE ITEM I NEED. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.

They're very back and forth on what they tell you they might tell you one thing then take it back not very trustworthy or honest. My original device won't charge properly so they gave me a credit to order a another but they took it back because I said that it charged properly "1 TIME" after I just ordered my replacement that they gave me credit to do. CRAZY

Package has been in transit for two weeks and the company has not been any help. Five days ago you told me you were reshipping immediately and I would receive a tracking number later that day. Still haven’t received second tracking number. Terrible customer service

Our shipping times are normally 3-5 days, although in rare cases it can be up to 10. You should have also received a tracking email (for both the original and the free replacement product) as soon as they were dispatched from our warehouse. The device received has to defective and won't hold a charge I can't believe they would send this out delivery time and the juice I bought were okay

I started buying these when they first came out .I buy menthol but the taste started to taste nasty got 4 refills last week could not used any of them had to toss. not sure what is going on but needs to stop .refills r not that cheep. will need too fine something new.
