Order never arrived, was told by the help desk that USPS "often marks packages as delivered prematurely, by mistake", AKA, blamed the shipper, then when I asked for a refund, was told the shipper had marked it delivered, therefore it must have been delivered and a refund was not available. Zero accommodation was made other than blaming the shipper while simultaneously claiming what they say is law. Terrible experience, will order from a legitimate company next time. Attached is a photo of what I received from this company for $15.55.

It is our policy to wait at least one business day as we have found that it is not uncommon for USPS to mark a package as delivered a day early. If it wasnt bad enought to charge me an 8 dollar excise tax on hardware into new york state. When the tax is only on liquid. I woke up this morning to an international fee charge from paypal on my account when my products were shipped from colorado to new york. I will NEVER use this site again and i HIGHLY recommend you take your business elsewhere. I will be contacting the better business bureau and paypal.

I am so disappointed in the customer service of this company and the fact that I’ve thrown nearly a hundred dollars down the drain in the process of working with you. My initial order was placed on 4/4, and was marked as delivered on 4/15. I sent in a complaint about not receiving my order on 4/16, and again after hearing nothing back on 4/21. Again I feel as if I am being brushed under the rug with no communication. I understand the world is crazy right now but if you can not keep up with basic customer service, you need to not be open right now.

Almost two weeks to receive my order . They said it was because of the shutdown. I ended up ordering from good Guy vapes A week after I placed my order with electric tobacconist and still got good Guys order three days before the one I ordered two weeks before. You can’t blame a crisis if everyone else is keeping their word on delivery times. I would rather pay more for someone that keeps their word . The biggest issue I had was I received a tracking number and you can tell the problem was they literally waited 11 days to ship it. There was no email or anything. It was basically yeah we took $60 of your money and now you are gonna get your stuff when we feel like it. I couldn’t even get on the website to cancel my order otherwise I would have. I never bash companies but this pisses me off.

First orders cheap and fast. After that it goes down hill. This last order took 17 days to get to my house. Use every excuse you want that is way way too long. Their web site normally works, but now it takes 10 minutes just to log in. They also have no phone number to reach them and their email contact doesn’t even work. I’ll go back to buying local after this.

I ordered 2 bottles of salty man blues lemonade salt nics it’s the same flavor I buy all the time, got the bottles and the fluid is brown instead of clear, thought that was weird but I’ll try it, put it in my tank and it tastes horrid!! It’s old! Both bottles are not useable! Going to throw them away! I wouldn’t buy from these guys again if there selling old fluid! Gross!

I have been trying to get on your site to place an order for the past 4 days. Every time I am put into a que and I wait. When I finally get to be 1 it put me back into the que! I have ordered from you for a while and I am very frustrated.

I understand unusually high order volumes but I've been waiting to get into the website all day and every time I get to "First In Line" it just resets me to the back of the line. I wasted so much time today and never got into the website. In addition my order is now 6 days late and I ordered before the notices went up on the website. I'm out of fluid.

Waited in the queue online 7 times, 3 yesterday and 4 today, don’t mind the waiting, I completely get it, but when you’re up next, it just starts all over again, this is literally 7 times this has happened, so, I don’t think it because it’s not working, but that it’s that you’re never going to get in to order, why not just state that to begin with? and stop wasting time, I asked two other friends to try as well, both only tried once and it was the same result.

IMO this company is trash. Ordered from them 3x, paid for priory shipping 3x and each time the items came later and later. Then when you message customer service you get a generic response back with no help. Terrible company

I tried to place an order on line this morning 4/15 and 5 different times it told me I was in que next and bounced me back to the beginning each wait time. So I just gave up. Yes, I stayed on that page as directed.

The website makes you wait in a queue and when you are first in line the wait process starts over again. The website is non functional. I have been waiting two weeks for my order. Never Again!

Took 2 weeks to send my juice from boulder to grand junction Colorado which is a 6 hour drive. Juice went from boulder to Seattle then back to denver

We have had issues with our new queue system, which we had to put in place in order to organize order volumes while we experience issues with the covid-19 environment. We’ve been working 24/7 to get the issues fixed, and believe we have them mostly taken care of, so you shouldn’t see any problems with it. Website takes you to a queue. The queue tells you you must stay on that page or you lose your place in line. It said wait time was 5 minutes. I waited 20 minutes before getting to #1 in queue. At that point, it took me all the way back to last in the queue. Awful website and waste of my time! I went to another site and found the product I needed for $2 cheaper.
