I haven't received the order yet. I'm should have. I just haven't. Thanks for reminding me that you just flat out stole money from me at this point. I'll be looking for a different company to order from going forward.

How can u even send this out to me. I placed my order on the 8th of December it’s now the 26th, I still haven’t received what I paid for and ur asking how I’ve enjoyed what I purchased. You’ve got to be kidding me. Have u even got a real person reading these communications, I want a message back on were in the Hell is my product, u all have the capability to track were my products are right now it’s been 17 days since I placed and paid for my order. I want my products now and I want reconciliation. I don’t care if u have to send out a duplicate order right now nxt day air at your cost, no one should have to wait 17 days for their order and still not receive it. Taken in the past 3 to 5 days to receive my orders. And don’t blame the USPS for my order not getting here the monthly mail I receive each month has all showed up on time none of it was late. And when I try to track were my package is the only info I get is from u saying it was dispatched on the 9th of December at 8:30 in the morning. And I can’t do any of the box’s below except has it arrived on time which is no and it still isn’t here.

My first shipment, and now my second shipment, contains ALL defected ecigs! Not ONE of them work, AGAIN! This is obviously a fraudulent infraction of delivering substandard damaged products.

Thank you for shopping with the Electric Tobacconist. We can confirm that all of our orders are leaving the same day if placed before 2PM MST. Unfortunately, USPS is experiencing some delays which are better outlined on their website. However, it does look like your order is to be delivered today!

I ordered and received 2 Phix batteries One works one does not Your policy requires me to send it back I do not feel I should have to pay more money for a faulty product

Everytime I order from Electrictobacconist I never get my package on time. I’ve been using this service for about a year now and never get my stuff on time it will either be 2 or 3 days late or sometimes even up to 5 to a week late I think I’m going to start ordering from somewhere else because everyone gets supposed fast shipping but I can’t even get mine on time.

I have been ordering the same products for a long time. It feels like ET tries to cut corners sometimes by sending their customers cheap quality. I have noticed a great degradation of the quality of their products. I know for a fact the boulder pods that I have been buying lately are not the same I had been ordering months ago. I might have to go somewhere else even if I have to pay a little more for a better quality.

I absolutely loved the super cheap prices! I hated the fact that I was given 2 discount codes to use (as a new customer). One discount I got via email, the other was given in a pop-up window when I first visited the website. NEITHER ONE WORKED. I was super excited to get exactly what I was looking for with a discount. I was so upset that I was told "discount code no longer valid" or "Discount code not valid with your account" that I went to look for another merchant with free shipping... NOPE... there were none. If you're a new customer, you can rest assured you'll get the most affordable prices! The sad part: the discount codes will probably not work!

i purchased a vuse vape device and u charged 9.99 lpus shipping which was $13.00 -i went to am Moto Mart store and they had excat item for99 cents- ur charging way too much for this item and your price is way out of line- something marked up line 100% i am totally disgusted that you charge this much and i will never order anything else from you and you know it was wrong.

The most comical process of attempting to prove to this company that I am 21. My passport, my license, and the last four digits of my SSN are all apparently fraudulent and lying to Electronic Tobacco. Extremely frustrating that I have given out my personal information for absolutely nothing! I hope others are more successful than me :-)

I placed an order on August 12th and today is the August 27th still don’t have my products. Tried the help desk to find out something but it won’t let me submit it. Very frustrated!!!
