Horrid delivery service. They seem to be using the absolute cheapest possible delivery service. Doesn’t update for days. My package has been “out for delivery” for 3 days now! 3 days??? How does that even happen? Tried to contact their customer service center their rep Shea has given me canned answers told me to be patient. Tried to blame it on me when she magically had “other information” Which indicated I wasn’t available to accept the deliver during the 3 days it was out for delivery. Ummm... how can I stay home for 3 days waiting on a delivery? Also, their budget delivery carrier (if they actually showed up) didn’t leave a notice, card or even a post it saying they attempted delivery. Then Shea told me I need to call the delivery company and try to figure out how to get my package. Really??? I need to call??? I have no problem working together to find a solution but this really is ridiculous! I requested a refund and was refused. Please save yourself the hassle. Their are many many other companies to order from. And the other companies use Fedex or usps not some mom and pop 99 cent store delivery service. Btw still haven’t received my package or refund.

They are illegally charging a CA State excise tax for wholesalers...but at the same time they say that they cannot charge wholesale pricing. These people are scammers. Don’t order!! They add 56% to your total $price, right before charging your card so you don’t notice. If they were on the up and up, they’d tell you way before that, or add it to the price. Total scam. I order from them a year ago and no excise tax. Shame! Shame!! Then I had trouble canceling the order.

I realize that with the weather related problems in the country, Delivery problems are to be expected, but I ordered this on the 13th, with no idea when I am going to get it.

I have ordered from this site multiple times the past three or four times order from this website my package have came much later than expected

Your return policy sucks. If I no longer need the item and I haven’t use the product I should be able to get my money back but I guess your too poor to give people their money back. I’m here stuck with something I don’t use or need.

I am very very dissatisfied because the mouth piece got so hot when i tried to pull for my first puff that i couldn't hit it. And it won't stay charged and the juice leaks out into it onto the gold battery prongs where the mouth piece connects to the battery.. I think you all shoud check the Boulder out before one ends up blowing someone's face off.. now im out my money that I paid for it I know it wasn't much but I was excited because for the first time I decided to get help quitting smoking and chose to buy from you and it isn't a good product at all.. i have been smoking since age 14 so this was a huge deal for me... I don't make much money at all 3 days a week cleaning toilets so I cant afford to buy a really good one nor can I afford to buy another one period.. so thanks for nothing..😠

I've been ordering from ET for over a year. This time I only received a partial order. When I opened a ticket to inquire if I'd be receiving the rest at a later date or a partial refund they sent an email that said the ticket was resolved with no other information. Not a great experience.

Unfortunately I received 2 battery for Fin e cigarettes...they worked for 5 days and now are useless, there is no way to direct contact Electric Tobacconist to have it correct and resolved, I guess I have to write this expense off

It took three weeks for the product to get to my house! You need to stop doing business with the USPS or offer other shipping options!

I have yet to receive this order. I ordered this and juice separately about a month ago. Received the juice in a few days and have yet to receive this order.
