Your return policy sucks. If I no longer need the item and I haven’t use the product I should be able to get my money back but I guess your too poor to give people their money back. I’m here stuck with something I don’t use or need.

I am very very dissatisfied because the mouth piece got so hot when i tried to pull for my first puff that i couldn't hit it. And it won't stay charged and the juice leaks out into it onto the gold battery prongs where the mouth piece connects to the battery.. I think you all shoud check the Boulder out before one ends up blowing someone's face off.. now im out my money that I paid for it I know it wasn't much but I was excited because for the first time I decided to get help quitting smoking and chose to buy from you and it isn't a good product at all.. i have been smoking since age 14 so this was a huge deal for me... I don't make much money at all 3 days a week cleaning toilets so I cant afford to buy a really good one nor can I afford to buy another one period.. so thanks for nothing..😠

I've been ordering from ET for over a year. This time I only received a partial order. When I opened a ticket to inquire if I'd be receiving the rest at a later date or a partial refund they sent an email that said the ticket was resolved with no other information. Not a great experience.

Unfortunately I received 2 battery for Fin e cigarettes...they worked for 5 days and now are useless, there is no way to direct contact Electric Tobacconist to have it correct and resolved, I guess I have to write this expense off

It took three weeks for the product to get to my house! You need to stop doing business with the USPS or offer other shipping options!

I have yet to receive this order. I ordered this and juice separately about a month ago. Received the juice in a few days and have yet to receive this order.

It looks as though your order was marked as delivered yesterday - if you still do not have this package in your possession please reach out to us via email or through our Help Desk portal on the website. We apologize for the delays USPS was facing. They have since recovered so there shouldn't be any further problems!

I've been ordering from here for 2 years. I place an order every 3 months. I receive their emails. You would think they would send a discount code once in a while. Nope. Nothing. No perks to being a continued returning customer.

I am trying to place another order. I have all the correct information in front of me but I keep getting message after message that something Is not correct. I have never had this happen to me before. I have answered 8 robot questions and I am just tired of the BS. My email or my password have not changed. I will not do a rating because I am way too upset.

Horrible horrible experience, been over 2 weeks and the order hasn’t arrived and the company won’t even cancel my order. This website used to be elites but sadly now it’s one of the lowest quality ones.
