“Product was good but delivery time is way to long”

We've checked your order and can see it was delivered within our estimated 10 business days. Due to the PACT Act, we are no longer able to ship through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. “Excellent Customer Service and Great Prices! I had an amazing experience with The Electronic Tobacconist. I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order, but their customer service team caught the mistake right away and made sure my package still got to me quickly. “After a couple of glitches, orders taking too long to arrive (not ET’s) fault, the past two orders have arrived on time. Once I contacted ET about the issues, they jumped on it and shortly thereafter I received my products. And as usual, the Vuse Alto Classic tobacco is perfect. Full bodied and rich. Thanks ET!”
