Product is great, website ordering great. I know your delivery options are limited, and that's not your fault. Sometimes it can be very difficult to sync up a time to meet the driver for the signature delivery. The delivery driver always wanted to come to my house to deliver during normal business hours when no one is home because we are at work. If there is anything on your end that can be done to make the delivery process more seamless, that would be great. If not, understood.

Excellent product. I have been using this company for quite awhile and I have been very happy. As with all products it seems like, there has been element of shrinkflation, but that is not electric tobacconist usa fault

I placed my large order on May 19. It is now July 03. After all the difficulties to make any kind of contact with this company during this last month to its whereabouts, I continue to get ‘put in my place’. All ending with they will contact me when they have information. How is it possible they can do this, because they already have my $$ money. They just don’t give a crap. Yes, I have asked for, and last two times insisted to get my refund. Yet I get the same nasty letter back. I have given them good reviews in the past. Do please disregard them. I am do very disappointed in this company.

Tax and "surcharge" on my order was greater than 50% of my original order. No explanation of surcharge. Help desk did not appear to accept my inquiry. Second order and we may be done already

The state of California requires two excise taxes on vape nicotine products: 52.92% of the wholesale price and 12.5% of the retail price (CECET). I still haven't received my pods and it's been 10 days. For $16.99 shipping you would think it would be here in a reasonable amount of time. I guess it's coming by pony express. Thanks Juul for ruining Njoy for everyone.

Shipping was a little slow, but customer service was amazing with keeping me informed. Since stores don't carry what I use anymore, it was nice to still be able to get my products! However, I wish I would have ordered more the first time, because it doesn't appear they ship to my area anymore 😞

I had 3 NJoy. Cartridges that did not work at all. I requested credit or replacement and offered to send back the faulty cartridges. Electric Tobacconist told me to go to NJoy for the defective cartridges. Terrible customer service! I bought the cartridges from YOU! You should make it right. I will find somewhere else to get my cartridges.
