“Ordered and paid, product didn't ship for a week and tracking not available. A full three weeks before delivery and I found same pods in a local store for 1/3 price I paid Elec Tob..”

Upon checking your details, we can confirm that the order was dispatched on the same day it was placed. Our orders usually arrive within 10 business days; however, in some cases, it can take longer. Due to the PACT Act, we are no longer able to ship through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. As a result, we now work with private carriers who ensure compliance with these regulations. “I appreciate what they do because it's more and more difficult to get these outside a store. I used to wait for a special offer than go to 7-11 until I realized Electronic Tobacconist sale price (when available) is the same or a little less expensive. Plus I'm not at the mercy of low or out-of-stock situations. Thanks!”
