“I really enjoy this product, and appreciate how quickly Electric Tobacconist USA gets my order sent to me, however, I was shocked by the increase in price. From 10/28 - 11/19 one cartridge pack went up a whole dollar. I can purchase in town for about the same price as your earlier charge but like the anonymity of ordering online. I will place an order today but would like to see cost go down or I'll resume to in person purchasing.”

“I’ve been a faithful customer who orders twice a month for the last 2 years. The inventory to choose from is amazing. The shipping used to be always free with the amount I spent and I received my order within 3 days. My dissatisfaction currently is that I now have to pay $2.99 shipping otherwise my order takes 10+ days. Also, a discount code suggestion would be great for returning and long-standing customers.”
