“I have nothing bad to say about your company. I do however have serious issues with the Denver post office, which is where your deliveries sit for at least a week before being sent out. I strongly recommend you offer other delivery options if you want to keep your customers. Or vote out the current post master general.”

Thank you for shopping with the Electric Tobacconist. Unfortunately, USPS is experiencing some delays due to the holiday season as well as restrictions and precautions taken for COVID19 compounded by unprecedented package volumes. We do offer UPS Ground shipping on our website which might provide faster shipping times!

“Very slow on delivery .....they sent my order out on Dec 1 and its the 18th and I still haven't received it. Sent them an email and all they could say is they aren't responsible for late deliveres....please use different method of delivery you can do that.....be careful when ordering you may or may not receive your order.”

We're sorry to hear you haven't received your order. USPS is experiencing severe delays, however, we do offer the option for UPS Ground shipping at checkout. Additionally, we ensure that all orders are received. If they are not deliver within 15 business days during the month of December, we will happily reship or issue a refund. “When I hear the words "CUSTOMER SERVICE" I usually cringe; an oxymoron at best. But not with this company! They are a pleasure to do business with. We've been vaping for just over ten years and recently heard about the NORD 2 by SMOK and decided it was time to come out of our comfort zone and try something different. We thought we had educated ourselves enough to make the change but sadly, we were lost. I opened a ticket not sure what to expect and was blown away by the responses as well as how quickly they answered, the detail we needed, and their care in making sure we were taken care of. Their support staff is EXCELLENT and many companies could learn how to treat a customer from Electric Tobacconist's customer service staff. If I could give ten stars I would. TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
