Only reason I rate it this is because I ordered almost month ago and still haven’t received my purchase . Granted the it’s office has had delays but this is extremely long ! Hoping the product is top notch when it arrives!! Last order I received the wrong coils for my vaparesso so have whole pack of unused ones . Besides that had been happy in past with vape juice and products !

Good deal on leap pods,terrible shipping(usually 2 to 3 weeks) Now website will not let me sign in nor will it send password reset,only recognized my e mail after re entering all personal information just to be told account already exists, no kidding, done fighting with it,not worth the extensive wait time in shipping (with very vague tracking) and discouraging website. I was able to quit smoking now i quit this too.

Selection is good, order and check out fast and easy. I placed my order on 12/15/20, received notification that it had shipped. As of today 1/1/21 I still have not received my order.

It would be nice if you all get rid of that $8.99 shipping a lot of people use this website I've used this website for years and why is it that longtime customers can't get a discount if we can't get a discount can we at least change $8.99 shipping and handling not $5.99 that need some improvement number two y'all taking 7 days to delivery packages it literally would take seven days I remember before if I order something on a Monday by Thursday I got it but now it's like if I order something on a Monday I will get it until Saturday or Monday that needs Improvement also

We are very sorry for the trouble caused by our shipping costs. Unfortunately, your state does require that we ship your orders with a signature required upon delivery which does add to the shipping costs. We cover a majority of the added costs while the remaining $8.99 is added to your order total. These additional shipping costs are waived on orders over $80. Additionally, USPS and UPS are currently experiencing unprecedented package volumes which have caused shipping delays. We are expecting these delays to be resolved at the start of the new year, however, you're always welcome to reach out to us so we can assist you in receiving your order. So far, I have been completely satisfied with The electric Tobacconist. However, my last order that I ordered on 12/08/2020 is still in Colorado. It is now 12/22/2020. I should have received my shipment on or around 12/15/2020. Also, other than sending a review, there is no way to contact anyone to complain, or find out what the problem is. Not sure if I want to continue ordering.

I have nothing bad to say about your company. I do however have serious issues with the Denver post office, which is where your deliveries sit for at least a week before being sent out. I strongly recommend you offer other delivery options if you want to keep your customers. Or vote out the current post master general.

I have used your company for about two years and have always been satisfied but my latest order, shipped on 11/19 has still not arrived and cannot be tracked. I submitted a ticket on 11/28 and was told I had to wait 10 business days. I resubmitted again on 12/3 and was told I had to wait 15 business days which will be 12/10. I will resubmit on that date but I think it’s very unfair and poor business practice to make a customer wait almost a month for products they ordered. I believe you should rethink your company policy on items that were not received. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Simply, I purchased originally from you because of your prices. Now you have drastically upped your prices and along with this excise tax, it is becoming the same as the brick and mortar stores. You will probably lose me as a customer once I find an alternative.

Here at Electric Tobacconist, we strive to have the best prices available anywhere. Prices in the industry have been rising and we have to adjust our prices to reflect higher costs. Unfortunately, taxes cannot be waived as they are required by law, however, We offer same-day processing and free shipping on all eligible orders over $30 in addition to multibuy discounts. really is easy to order but this time when it was delivered i had to sign for it and that was really inconvenient as i was not home when the delivery driver came and if this is how it will be in the future i can not order from you and i refuse to go and pick this up from the carrier

UPS requires us to send our packages through them with an adult signature required upon delivery, however, only orders shipping to CT, DE, IA, MA, NH, NV, ND, SC, TX, VA, and WY require a signature through USPS. As long as you aren't in one of the above states, you will not have to sign for your future orders provided they are placed with USPS shipping. We hope this information helps!
