“The shipping was quick and great pricing, but there is one reason I would not give in 5 stars and it is Bc when it shipped it did not give me order number till the time it was delivered”

“I had a problem with my order I purchased Mistic rechargeable electric cigarette my battery had charged but would not make a connection between the cartridge and battery wrote Email to electric Tobacconist they sent me a return label to return the product. This is the first time I’m trying Mistic product. I hope this will be a one time event. Thank you”

“The customer service wasn't terrible however it took 3 days just to verify my age and another 2-3 to ship it without compensation for the time passed. Ordered at the same time from two other companies, both of which solved the age verification with me right there and then within minutes, and I even got the packages early”

“Ordered Juul pods. Product arrived as expected, cheaper than would be at a tobacco store which is mainly why I ordered, however shipping did take a little longer than I would've liked. They were out of mango and other flavors I like so I just went with mint. Would order from electric tobacconist again.”
